Enjoyed our stay!

The staff, breakfast and pool were great! I found if strange that they charge $5 per day for the slide with no staff in the pool and it's not a big slide but it was fine. The outside doors that are supposed to be continuously locked and accessed by hotel key had their locks gone, meaning anyone could walk in at any time. There were dead insects on the floor every night we stayed and the hallway carpet was gross with tons of stains and a clear path of where there was foot traffic. Again, the staff was phenomenal but the property was not very well kept.

Got in late and went to the front desk. Guy was very nice and helpful, and the front entryway was very nice and clean. However, when we got into the room, it was not clean. Dirt and dog food in the corner. Something was on the wall in the bathroom. Turned on the shower and hair came up out of the drain. Would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were outdated and we woke up to a lot of ants on the floor next to the window. The pool was great and staff were friendly.

Staff receptionist Heather was kind, but all other aspects of this particular hotel was greatly disappointing. Requested refund from management, who still have not yet replied to polite email stating great disgust. Avoid at all costs if you value your health and safety.

There are only stairs (no elevators) so be aware if your room is on the 2nd floor.

Check in went fast was probably the best part. Got to our room smelled horrible,bed was broke, flushed the toilet and it would not stop running water ended up shutting off the valve. Went to the desk to get a new room, got that and the AC barely blew chilled air. Overall wont ever stay here again.

Looked like they are trying to do upgrades but idk. Pool area is crusty, they make yu pay to go down the slide. The pool water isn’t clean n is full of foam. They force yu to eat in the lobby area which is doubles as the eating area yu are. It allowed to being food to the room from breakfast area. I thought that was a pretty bold n wild rule to give ppl that are paying to stay there

Very ice place

Room was ok, but there was hair in the shower and roaches-seen 1 in the morning. Fauct leaked and plug behind the nightstand was coming apart. Breakfast was ok, fitness center was good along with dry sauna.

The room was perfect after a long day of driving. Sadly, the pool and hot tub were closed when we got there and not opened yet before we left so we didn’t get to enjoy those amenities. We were disappointed to discover there wasn’t a refrigerator. When traveling, having a fridge to keep drinks, etc cool for the next day’s drive. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly. She recommended the balloon lift off the next morning. That was a wonderful way to start the day!! Thank you 😍

It is ok, a bit small, and the hot tub is out of order..

Easy access from interstate and desk staff was helpful. Room was very tiny and needs updated. Bed was comfortable and they have decent pillows. Room definitely needs updated and a deep clean. Shower water was either scalding hot or ice cold just when you think you had it where you were comfortable it would change scalding hot or cold takes some adjusting to get it to stay constant. Pool was okay but hot tub was not working. Just some general maintenance would be a huge improvement. We did not eat at the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

I actually looked at other reviews and was worried about what I would find. I called the front desk with concerns and was helped. When I arrived there was a faint musty smell, and it was an older place, but clean. The pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Many kids were enjoying it. The sheets were good, AC on and working. I didn't see bugs. The breakfast was totally adequate. This is a cheap and cheerful type establishment. I'd be concerned if I was paying a lot, but that wasn't the case. Very convenient as a night's rest. All the staff I interacted with were nice. Lots of families around at breakfast. Not a luxury experience, but not advertised as such.

The room was damp, very soft mattress and pilows, dirty towels, very noisy A/C.

You pay for room and pool access but they have a water slide in the pool area and you have to pay for each person that is going in the slide, i didnt like that you have to pay extra for that…, door on the side to go out was never locked anybody could go in and out.. not safe

The pool wasn't clean at all. The toilet seat was broken clean off in one of the rooms I rented, the bath tub was dirty in the other room. Overall experience with this hotel is a 2/10.

Our room did not have a trash can. Also, the TV didn’t work. We were not told when booking or upon checking in that you have to pay for a bracelet if your child(ren) want to use the water slide. Beds were decent. Sink drain never emptied at all. Shower drain emptied extremely slowly.
