The man at the counter last night, made my night. I needed a place to rest my head and had a limited budget. He made it happen and I'm forever grateful

Ok place. Rooms a bit dated. Zero cups of any kind in room. Toilet seat loose. Light switch beside entry door inoperative.

The staff was friendly but the shower curtain was dirty there wasn’t any washcloths . The way the bathroom is set up is not good ..

The hot tubs did not work properly and there was no refrigerator in the room when we told the staff they did nothing about it.

Pool was great for the kids except it closes at ten making it hard to come back to hotel and swim for a decent amount of time, 11 would be better but it was nice. Check in/ out staff and breakfast crew were helpful and friendly.. Location was good, easy to find and quite. Price was to high for quality of room. Rooms are small , bathroom even smaller. Rooms were in need of some repairs, trim was broken in several spots, tv glitched, and shower drain was clogged causing severe limitations to taking a shower because the tub would fill up fast and not drain. Corners in room and bathroom were dirty.Towels were small and thin. Door to entry A lock iwas broken , no lock at all, security issue. Had a late checkout, and maid staff was rude. Ten minutes before noon they opened the door told them excuse me, we have a late checkout at noon, she said " it's noon " ,it wasn't, and remained at the door until we left, door open,with a mad face. As anyone with young kids you have have a lot of things when you travel, most of our stuff we already loaded, it was odds and ends of things that we were gathering,there was no reason to be rude and stand at the door waiting for us to leave, she could have said oh I'm sorry for opening your door ,( privacy)I'll be back in a bit and let you finish up. Breakfast was the same as most hotels except gravy for biscuits was watery and the eggs were powdered, no meat, mainly oatmeal, bagels and waffles,they did have a great array of beverages to choose from though, and they don't allow you to take food to your room which was inconvenient.

Not the cleanest. Maintenance issues but they were resolved during the stay. Waterslide cost extra

Room was not cleaned properly before our check-in. We took out the previous people's trash. The fridge did not work, the shower head was leaking (spraying) all over the ceiling, couldn't change water temp; our son couldn't even shower because it was too hot. Oh, hope you like spiders too. Multiple crawling on one of the beds as my son and I were trying to sleep. Dust all behind the end tables and entertainment center. Will be looking at getting our rate refunded/discounted.

Our room wasn’t clean or vacuumed. The amount of dust and grime on the ac unit and hair dryer, shower had hair in it from previous person, sink leaked and soaked the floor. Missing fridge and the room did not smell clean.

This is an older hotel and very very used. Shower curtains have the gray mold along bottom, carpets are out of the late 90’s, hard beds, dirty tile corners in bathroom. The bath towels were clean and white which was nice but room was not stocked with coffee cups for the kuerig and I had to call down for a roll of toilet paper (so obviously if housekeeping saw a low toilet roll they should have left another for back up). They initially tried to give me a single queen room at check in instead of double queen I reserved. We walked clear down to the room only to find a dungeon small room with 1 queen bed for our family of 3. Just not somewhere we would EVER stay again.

Had to clean blood and hair off the bathroom wall and found dirty Qtips by the bed..... No toilet paper and had no coffee pods for coffee maker.

Upon check in was informed that the advertised water slide was $5 per wristband. Not advertised as an additional cost. Got into our room and found trash under the night stand and noticed dried throw up on the floor and on the phone. Window sill had a thick layer of dirt, not dust, dirt! Went and asked for a change of room. Got moved to another room that was dusty and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in many visits. Went and asked to have someone vacuum. Went to the pool and gave staff over an hour to vacuum, nothing. Went back to the desk and the girl there said she already told staff and they’d get to it when they could. The maintenance guy overheard and asked me what room and followed me up, found a staff member and told her to vacuum right away. She was super sweet. Went to breakfast at 8am and almost no food and the “hot food” bar looked disgusting and extremely dirty. This hotel is an absolute joke!!!
