Awful hotel experience! Had to fight to get the typ of room we booked. 1st one smelled like smoke and was filthy. 2nd one was better, but still had many things wrong. Cant use the water slide unless you pay extra money even though that's not how it's advertised. Worst hotel experince ever, couldn't wait to leave! Will never stay again! My advice, run!

Both hot tubs were out of service

The staff was really nice, but the stay wasn’t great. The room was pretty dirty to say the least. Really wasn’t a great experience.

Stayed in room 124, toilet had feces in it upon arrival. Hair in the sink as if someone prior shaved. Toothpick and hair clip found on kueirig maker , back of remote missing. Dirt on the top of the closet area with 2 whiteboard markers left by previous guest, pink spots on sheets same pink spot on bath tub. Breakfast was terrible watered down eggs, no meat of any kind or yogurt . Quiet not clean and not worth it. Have stayed previous and it was okay not this time dont recomend.

I wasn't happy with the Hotel in general

Tv wasn’t working, you have to purchase a wristband for the pool and ask them to turn the water slide on.

Everything about the property was from the 1950s literally wall plugs and plug-ins did not work. The room was not real clean. The mattress frame was broken. I’m not sure there was anything good to say about this property.

Neither hot tubs works. That was the whole reason I booked the hotel. Booking agency's should stay informed about the hotels they sponsor and book.

Other than that the room seemed clean but small. The front desk did not have pillows, the room had three small pillows, and there were two of us staying. It was what we needed for one night coming from camping. The shower was hot and the breakfast was filling. We slept deep from exhaustion from our adventures.

Both hot tubs broken, dirty rooms, mold in hotel room. Venting not proper, and god forbid you needed another pillow. Horrible

Printer not working so no receipt. No tissue in facial tissue dispenser. Tv kept cutting out. AC noisy couldn't hear tv

Waffles at breakfast were a nice touch

There was no cleaning of the rooms after I moved in.

The hot tub was out of order. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

It was a very dirty motel. I will never stay there again.

There wasn’t much to like.

Staff was welcoming at check-in The mattress had dead bugs on it, there was no smoke alarm and the toilet took 7 flushes before anything would go down. We could not stay here because of the lack of cleanliness. A complete turn off.

The day crew was nice though.
