Great staff, very friendly and helpful!

Everything you need all in one place. Rooms were clean but some features seemed a little out dated. Overall clean and nice stay.
-
there was no soap in the bathroom, cheetos were under the desk from prior guests, the beds are dated need to be replaced.

It was a decent price for what we got. The pool and pool building was dingy, but that didn't stop my kid for enjoying the slides. The water slides were the whole reason we booked the hotel. The ceiling in the room had mold showing through the paint. The walls were thin and hallways were noisy late into the night. The breakfast and service in the restaurant was great.

This hotel included everything that we wanted and enjoyed. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice. We were able to spend time at the casino which bar staff was nice and met my request for drinks. We also enjoyed the slot machines and pool table. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and water slides. Overall was a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommended.

This is not our only stay at this property in the past year but it was the first time we were disappointed in the room. The bed was broken in the middle and was not comfortable. The bathroom floor was suvery suspect

The room smelt musty, I booked through Expedia and was under the impression the Hotel was a top tier hotel. The add claimed the room was worth over $500 per night and was $300 off. What a joke!!

Once inside, we were very disappointed. The room did not appear clean and felt more like a budget motel than the hotel room we had booked. The only "upgrade" seemed to be a refrigerator and stove, which we had no use for. We called the front desk to request a different room and were told that all the rooms looked the same. The employee offered two complimentary breakfast vouchers, but that did not address our concerns. We then contacted Hotels.com to try to cancel our reservation. While on the phone, a man overdosed outside the hotel's main entrance, making us even more uncomfortable with our stay. Thankfully, Remmy at Hotels.com went above and beyond to help. He contacted the hotel and was able to get us moved to a room in the main building on the ground floor. That room was a bit more nicer and looked like the room I had originally booked. We stayed from the 13th to the 15th and checked out on the 16th, ultimately forfeiting the final night of our reservation. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Front staff was friendly. Hotel layout was odd and you have to go outside to enter the pool and lounge depending on your room number. It was extremely loud. There was someone making sure the far end of the hotel was following rules. People outside playing loud music right outside our window around 2am, young kids running through the halls screaming.

First stay. Is a nice quiet Hotel. It is large so you may have a long walk to the restaurant/lounge. it was quiet and clean. Will definately stay again.

-
Amazing place to stay clean rooms, nice and helpful staff, was able to get a huge discount on our room for the first time staying there, offer pack and plays for baby’s and the pool was so fun the wait staff in the bar an casino were very nice all around best place to stay. Breakfast an rooms are a little more on the pricey side definitely a good choice if you have the money.

The bed was soft and inviting. The room temp was perfect and it was quiet.
