Billings Hotel and Convention Center

The staff is amazing!! Airport shuttle is always on time and the bar/restaurant has a good menu. Our go to place when in Billing’s or traveling.

Taking my card and tried to blame me saying my card was declined. So I called the credit card company and they told me it wasn't declined. So I waited til they fixed it! So not impressed with the 2 girls that waited on me but after about 45 minutes they finally figured it out!

When I arrived my room wasn’t ready was told to come back and promised an upgrade when I returned that wasn’t the case the room I was given was a distance from the front and was an inconvenience to where I was supposed to be I was given an ada room which wasn’t what I wanted and while I was trying to rest the noise level was annoying there were other tenants with no respect and kept slamming doors at 2 am when I attempted to complain I was ignored and told it happens

Very cool pool area water slides were bigger than I’d thought they’d be. Rooms were a little small but my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Pool was good. Pictures make it look bigger than it is, but kids had a blast. Hot tub was unusually hot. Over all a good stay.

Old and out dated rooms but they were clean. The bar was fun and the pizza was really good

My complaints: Main issue is they remodeled, but the bathrooms still have no fans to vent steam..... Like a sauna in there after just 1 person.... Which in turn resulted in moisture staying around the corners of the room 16hrs later (not joking). My baseboard was cut up all jagged as they transitioned from the smooth flooring to carpeting. My shower had a random smear of grout being showcased on the shower tile. I didn't want to touch it to confirm what it was, just a gray glob. Walls are thin. Door is thin. Hear people above, beside, and outside.

Staff was very friendly and fast at check in and check out. The pool was a lot of fun for my kiddo and I. Will definitely stay here again next year.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We went to use the hot tub first thing in the morning and they were refilling it which made me feel a lot better about the maintenance on the water features. We ate breakfast in the restaurant there which was very good as well. All the staff was friendly. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. A great pool for kids and families

We had a great stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and offers plenty of amenities onsite, including a bar, casino, restaurant, and pool, making it easy to relax without leaving the property. While there wasn't a complimentary continental breakfast, room service was available and convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay—I would definitely stay again!

The bathroom door handle was broken. The lighting is horrific. The AC unit was crazy loud. The outlets were broken. Beware.

We were only there for a few hours to sleep, but the beds were clean and comfortable!!!!
