Motel and room were exceptional! My only complaint was that I Waited at the airport for almost an hour after I phoned. I was told about 15 minutes, not truthful, When the bus arrived, I was told from the driver that she just started working less the one half hour earlier;'

Room was convienent to come and go; quiet to allow for good night rest. Did not utilize any amenities during my stay as plans took me away except for the night to sleep. Staff at front desk was excellent in getting me checked in and out in a prompt manner which I appreciated.

Also, nobody told me that they don't come in and refresh your room everyday. I always reuse my towels but it would have been nice to have clean washcloths daily. They also did not refresh the coffee without me asking.

We love Billings Hotel and Convention center. We stay there every time we come to Billing. Best service,spotless rooms. The amenities are on point.

Best hotel we've stayed at in a long time! Pool was very fun kids loved the water slides!! Staff was very helpful and kind! Best hotel beds ever!! Sooo squishy and soft!! Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!

Would never stay at this hotel again. Terrible condition, holes in the wall, rooms stink! Looks like nothing has been touched in 40 years. On top of that they expect you to pay for breakfast. Gross outdated property.

The fire alarm went off twice… first thing in the morning. Food was ok at best , and the rooms were ok ….. not great also not terrible.
