Billings Hotel and Convention Center

My room wasn't cleaned sufficiently. Some bugs in the tub. Noisy.

It was old and had an odd layout. Pool was atrocious

Everything was great minus not being able to go through courtyard to get to pool and things. Had to go all the way around

I booked one night through Expedia and mistakenly put the next day for the stay instead of the current day. I arrived at the property and explained the mistake and asked if I could change the booking to the current day as it was 7 PM that day. The hotel refused to change the reservation and I was charged for this day. I was told Expedia was my path of resolution and they could not do anything to resolve this. I don’t recommend Billings hotel and I don’t recommend Expedia due to the complication of changing a mistake that was not intentional.

The staff was great, front desk attendant was very kind and gave great direction. The room was old, but clean. Great shuttle to airport. The problem is that the rooms are not sound-proofed at all, and people yelled, visited and slammed doors well into the early hours of the morning and we could hear it all quite clearly.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff very accommodating love the pool had such fun on the slides. Great workout area and a the courtyard is great place to hang out and eat.

The shower in our fluctuated between hot and cool.

The lobby is very nice, the pool and water slides are pretty cool. The whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke and is pretty dingy. This may have been a really nice place 50 years ago, but it’s pretty run down now. I expected it to be much nicer considering that they charge as much as way nicer hotels in the area. At least it was clean.

Great place to stay.Stsff okay, room just fine, good location off the Interstate but

I fill that we should of had house keeping at less 2 time during our stay we were there 7 nights.

My son had bed bug bites on his wrists and ankles in the morning. We did an emergency load of laundry this evening only after we realized what had happened. I hope it did not spread to the rest of our items and his belongings as we are dropping him off for college.

Nice & clean, definitely would stay again!

Air conditioner was very loud

The hotel was wonderful!!! The staff was amazing!!! Some quest with horrible children in the pool were just that horrible!!! I raised 8 children & even my adult daughter said "mom, we would of been in so much trouble if we had acted like that." I agreed with her & stated even the adults were horrible.
