Room was clean, lobby was decorated soooo nicely! They treated our pup like royalty. Truly an amazing hotel

The parking for larger vehicles and commercial trucks.

Quiet, desk lady was not very friendly but the room was clean ac worked well we did not use pool or gym. Continental breakfast had good options

The hotel served a good breakfast and had many choices. Our room was of a nice size and was clean and comfortable. I left some things in our room and the staff was able to ship them to me. nothing

The lobby smelled like a wet dog. Upon entering our room we noticed the poor condition of the walls, which were full of holes that had not been patched or covered. The room was filthy, something had been splashed and spilled on the walls, the phone was covered in splashes of something. The headboard was peeling and when we lifted the mattress to check to bugs, the box spring underneath was full of hair and lint. The pullout sofa was sagging in the middle. The shower pan was either very worn and scuffed or very dirty and above the shower the vent was full of something fuzzy and brown. I didn’t want to sleep there, let along my kids. We left the hotel and stayed someplace else and are still awaiting an email or contact by the hotel manager.
