Baymont by Wyndham Billings

Room was good, breakfast ok. and bed was comfortable, The carpet in the room, seems to be old and I found dog feces underneath the table and behind the dresser was dusty and some coax cable just lying around.

Beds were comfortable A window was ajar. The television was on when we entered the room.

Hotel, parking lot, and room were filthy. Hot tub was cold and dirty, pool needs repaired. My “suite” - huge holes in the dirty carpet, no way to plug the drain in the tub to take a bath, no shampoo or soap(just conditioner bottle mounted on the wall), mini fridge door won’t shut.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. Its budget friendly with a hotub and pool. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We will stay here again

Light bulbs missing from lamp. Told the front desk about the smell and an unknown spill by the bedside clock and lamp. We complained of the smell in the room after being gone all day and the bulbs hadn’t been replaced, and the spill was still there. They moved us to another room. Acceptable resolution, but the clerk evidently made no notes because as we were gathering our things to check out, a staff member used a key card to see if anyone was there.

The hotel was under renovations. The first room we went in there had been someone’s used gas in there. There was a used to go cup of coffee left and something dirty had been previously set on the bed. The second room had garbage on the floor in the room and right outside the room in the hallway. The toilet seat was broken and the drain in the shower was plugged. There was soap scum left in the tub as well.

Don’t even think about staying at this property. We were issued a room. Got in the room and was overtaken by a strong mildew smell and smoke smell even tho it was a smoke-free property. Went back to the front desk and they gave us another room. Same thing happened: an overwhelming mildew/smoke smell. The property declined to refund because we booked thru Expedia. Tried to cancel this thru Expedia and the property would not work with Expedia to refund our money.
