Baymont by Wyndham Billings

The room and pool areas were both clean. i really enjoyed the stay. The Hot TUB however was kinda dirty. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok!

It was what you would expect from a decent budget hotel but WAY OVERPRICED at $180. Billings itself is a dump so can’t imagine ANY hotel worth $180. Needed some updates but overall served its purpose, an overnight and a shower. It was clean, quiet, comfortable enough. Parking lot well lit and patrolled which is much appreciated as a traveller not having to unload your entire car at night. Front desk was a little overwhelmed with folks looking for a room (completely booked) and the staff was courteous and handled the situation well and professionally. Biggest knock was the ridiculous price.

Had food in the stairway for 3 days. Original room smelled extremely musty, but they allowed us to change rooms. Customer service was very good.

The room was super dirty the bathroom smelled like pee, the carpet was so sticky our socks would stick to it, and the curtain looked like it had blood stains on it. The owners of the property should be embarrassed on how dirty the room was.

Good breakfast. Good staff. A little run down. For example our bathtub drain drained very slowly. There were no cups in our room.

Nothing There was five blood spots on the duvet cover, the refrigerator was not cleaned out, the hairdryer was clogged with hair,the vent in the bathroom had apparently not been cleaned in sometime, there was a washcloth from a previous guest that was left on top of the shower curtain, the shower curtain had not been washed in a long time as it was crunchy, and very dirty. On the bottom left of the mirror in the bathroom there’s a sticker of a house that was left on there from a previous guest.

This flea bag hotel is literally falling apart. Equipment is falling off the wall. The bed was broken, no ice container, very little toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner dispensers wer empty. But worst of all, carpets in the room and hallway were moldy and smelled terrible. Air Conditioning unit smelled of mold and potentially contained Legionaires Disease. Staff affirmed each of these observations and stated owner had been previously notified of these conditions.

Staff was incredibly nice free breakfast was good and fast but not until morning did I see the bugs in the bed 😭😭😭💀disgusting and horrific!

Maintenance. Worn off paint, wall mirror fell off wall in middle of night , bath tub didn't drain Pillows are so small you coul use for a doll.house. Isn't it a security risk to always have back door propt open!!!?

Staff friendly and helpful. Property needs serious updating. Cleaning staff can only do so much, furniture needs replacing. Bathrooms need serious upgrading. Long list of fixes...

Was 110,000% better in the first one I tried in Billings

. Everything but the staff was horrible

Breakfast was good Toilet was clogged when we got in the room. Bathroom wasn’t clean. The room had an empty pop bottle on the floor that wasn’t ours. Mirror in bathroom had peeling on frame. The area around the closet was finished.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Chlorine in pool and hot tub was too strong. The jets in hot tub didn't work

This property is not maintained well at all. The bathtub is missing a hand rail. It’s gone with two large holes left behind. There’s mold on the bathroom floor in the corner. There’s a bottle of shampoo in the shower that is totally empty. We asked for another bottle and they couldn’t find one - didn’t even know where to look. The hot tub had a gross film on the surface and the jets didn’t work properly. The breakfast was quite good and the girl who managed the breakfast was a hard worker and very accommodating.

Ice bucket No pods for coffee machine No Kleenex No shampoo no conditioner No cups for water When ask employee looked in every cabinet and found none for us. Feel we should have got some compensation for inconvenience but nothing was done.

The grassy area in the back was nice to have for pets. The door was unlocked and open to my room when I arrived and the toilet was dirty and disgusting and there was no bag in the bathroom garbage which was left in the middle of the room. The toilet then stopped up and wouldn't flush.The room was dirty, especially the floor and my puppy kept bringing out random items from under the bed. It was very loud with outside noises and difficult to sleep. While the person at the front desk was very nice and apologized telling me that the room I was put in wasn't supposed to be assigned to guests due to the plumbing issue, and cancelled my 2nd night, she did not process my refund as promised.
