Clean room, friendly staff, easy to park and in a quiet area

The room and bathroom (hair of various lengths in tub) were dirty. Pair of dirty shorts from a previous guest were on the floor. Unfriendly staff. Hair dryer did not work. Room smelled like an ash tray. Room air conditioner/heater did work.

On Friday morning the breakfast wasn't hot, I let them know the toilet wasn't flushing right. We went out for the day, when we came back in the evening, the toilet still wasn't working. I don't think it was reported. They moved us to different room. The refrigerator didn't work in the second room and there were no washcloths in the bathroom.

We requested a different room. This one also smelled. There were old noodle cups that had been cooked and left in the microwave. The bathroom was in much need of maintenance, the toilet ran all night long. All in all a very gross and outdated hotel. We were beyond disappointed. Considering it was a Wyndham associated hotel we expected much more. The staff was lovely but that wasn’t enough to make this place somewhere we would ever stay again.

Room was clean and cozy! The location was a big tricky to get to but worth it. Loved the back yard sitting area

Worked for an overnight before a flight out of Billings. No frills stay.

They are in need of a maintenance person. There were several things to fix or replace. The toilet needs a new flap in the toilet...it wouldn't stop running. The sink drain needs to be fixed, it wouldn't drain well. There was missing light bulbs. There were some of the furniture with big parts of the wood missing. The bed and pillows were horrible, both very lumpy! The air conditioner would make loud noises when turning off. I noticed the hand railing in the stairwell was taped and painted over. Will not stay there again.

Room looks like it's never been vacuumed or cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting. Very poor house keeping. Wouldn't stay again in this dump.

The hotel was gross and stained all over the hallways where hot and pool and hottub where poorly maintained

Affordable, staff are friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Staff was wonderful and cheerful. Breakfast was good. Quite, easy on and off.

The hot tub did not work. The TV did not work and when we asked for a different one, they would have to change rooms for us. We had been there 3 hours and were in our PJs by then. We did use the pool right away, but when we asked for clean towels to shower, she did not have any for us. Breakfast was ok but we got there at 830 am and if was slim on food. Overall, I am so glad we were just staying overnight and moving on. The same gal was on in am and still not friendly or helpful

Was good just the ac wouldn’t get really cold

I went to the front desk and the clerk said "Oh" and was not surprised. She was very cold and unapologetic. She issued us a new room which was much better and satisfactory. The bathroom itself was tiny with the swing of the door an impediment to sitting on the toilet. The hot breakfast was good with some nice tasting sausages and scrambled eggs along with the hot waffles. The 2 story building did not have an elevator, so we had to haul all of our luggage up and down the stairs.

Our room had moldy food that was left in the fridge, so much ice in the freezer we couldn't put ice packs in it. All corners of the carpet were gray with dirt. I wore shoes the whole time. No tv instructions left. Whenever we turned it on it went straight to hdmi input, change that and the volume was at 97. Dirty towel left hanging on the curtain rod, bath mat towel was filth on one side. Hot tub water has scum floating on entire surface. Pool ladder was missing a step. Never again!!!
