Clean, comfortable room in a safe environment. Enjoyed the pool; staff helpful and attentive.

Hotel is dated and can use a good deep clean. Internet was not working while we were there and several of us were outside to get our phones to work (spotty connection). Make sure to leave a tip for Mary, who is the star of the hotel. She cooks the made to order breakfast, definitely preferable to the continental option. It's like going to grandma's for a simple breakfast.

Made to order breakfast was amazing! Our room was clean & pretty comfortable. It was noisy but not bad. Lots of kids running & the hotel was next to a busy train track.

Very clean room. You have the option for a breakfast to be made as you request it. If needing supper after you arrive, there are eating places within walking distance.

Room had hair all over the floor and some un the bathtub and a long black hair in the sheets.

First room: Food from prior guest still in refrigerator, vacuuming very poor, used q tips, candy and other refuse found on floor. Bathtub drain plugged and water wouldn't drain. Pool area needed a little tlc. Shakey pool ladders, lots of dirt in the bottom, hot tub horrible! only one jet working and dirty. Internet not working properly. Took two hours to connect. Would not stay here again.

The entire hotel was clean and up-to-date. Dane at the front desk was beyond helpful and I enjoyed talking to him about Billings as I waited for my DoorDash order.

This hotel was okay. I liked how the rooms were set up but the cleanliness of them could use a little love. The hotel staff was helpful.

The room was spacious and well appointed, but a little shop worn. TVs didn't work. Breakfast was excellent.
