C'mon Inn Billings

There is nothing to really recommend on this dirty dog. The room was filthy, strange stains on the door, bathroom fan and air conditioner fan had clumps of dirt hanging off them. There was spilled soda on the cabinets under the TV. There was dirt behind the toilet and heavy dust on the top of the bathroom mirror. Breakfast was sparse with no fresh fruit. I sampled the coffee and it actually felt like I was getting a chemical burn in my mouth.

I really like the location. The design of the motel has a nice atmosphere. Room was not very clean. Dusting, found water bottle stuffed in by the head board of the bed. Hot tub Jets were way to stong. Throwing water up in our faces, and out of the tub. AC would not keep temperature at set temperature. Set at 70, and was showing 64.

The hot tub was wonderful! Nice end to our day! Clean rooms and great ladies in housekeeping! The breakfast wasn’t the best. The pancake machine was nice and the bagels but the sausage biscuits and gravy were a disappointment. The gravy was like water. The sausage links were a mystery meat.

Great staff especially the front desk. Clean comfortable rooms.

We love the atmosphere and set up of the rooms with there being 2 doors to each room around the center pool area. And the rustic architecture is just up our alley. We enjoyed our stay even though we didn’t use the pool this time. Also, my kids love seeing the “resident bunnies” peacefully grazing around the lawn, lol! Our room was spacious and clean like the last time we stayed. It’s definitely going to stay at the top of our choices of where to stay in Billings! The only thing that was off-putting was that we had to wait awhile at the front desk to check in because the person working the desk wasn’t there. It was later evening so I get that, but when you want to get your room keys after a long day of travel, it’s a minor inconvenience. So, I only took the one star off for that.

The smell of the chemicals in the hot tubs and pool where over powering. We used the hot tubs and then felt a little sick from the chemicals. I would not come back because of the smell of chemicals.

cleanliness, location noise in the morning starting @0500 with slamming doors, lawn mower @0830 outside our room, housekeeping knocking on our door @0845. & 1000. why can’t they check with front desk about discharges

Hot tubes and the continental breakfast. Hot tubes could have been cleaner and fixed as some were out of service and low on water.

Breakfast was good, landscaping inside impressive... Parents and kids pretty loud up until about 11 pm, especially by the pool and hot tubs but quite after 11 pm.

Love, love, love this place. Rabbits & ducks in the parking lot, Really amazing lobby atrium with koi pond, waterfalls and semi private hot tubs. Breakfast is very good and it's nice to be able to sit by the koi pond. Room has really nice fridge and lounge chair. Arcade room.

The breakfast was good, although the milk dispenser was broken and there was no fresh fruit.

Beautiful surroundings. Love the hot tubs in the courtyard. Great breakfast too
