We love the atmosphere and set up of the rooms with there being 2 doors to each room around the center pool area. And the rustic architecture is just up our alley. We enjoyed our stay even though we didn’t use the pool this time. Also, my kids love seeing the “resident bunnies” peacefully grazing around the lawn, lol! Our room was spacious and clean like the last time we stayed. It’s definitely going to stay at the top of our choices of where to stay in Billings! The only thing that was off-putting was that we had to wait awhile at the front desk to check in because the person working the desk wasn’t there. It was later evening so I get that, but when you want to get your room keys after a long day of travel, it’s a minor inconvenience. So, I only took the one star off for that.

Location was good for us. I requested a room on the first level and they were able to accommodate us. Fairly clean. The beds family comfortable and easy to get to. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. I clean rooms for a living and felt the corners of the tub/shower and drain were overlooked. The smell of the chemicals in the hot tubs and pool where over powering. We used the hot tubs and then felt a little sick from the chemicals. I would not come back because of the smell of chemicals.

cleanliness, location noise in the morning starting @0500 with slamming doors, lawn mower @0830 outside our room, housekeeping knocking on our door @0845. & 1000. why can’t they check with front desk about discharges

Hot tubes could have been cleaner and fixed as some were out of service and low on water.

Breakfast was good, landscaping inside impressive... Parents and kids pretty loud up until about 11 pm, especially by the pool and hot tubs but quite after 11 pm.
