Breakfast bar was good, nice variety and well stocked. Great hot tubs and ambience

Hot tub we used seemed new. Great temp and jets strong. We had an issue with our temp control and the desk staff came right over to adjust for us. Eggs were browned and the potatoes a bit cold.

Every thing is clean and comfortable, it’s conveinent to shopping and food, and it’s quiet. The staff is wonderful, from check in to check out you feel welcome There is nothing to not like

The breakfast had allways been great and staff is very friendly. We have stayed here a few times over the years. We have enjoyed this hotel for about 8 years but this last time he hadn’t been there in a year or so, we allways have enjoyed the pool/hottubs, scenery/fish pond and great breakfast. However this time the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the whole hotel was very disappointing! Started off walking in the hallway up to our room there was a trail of food/ garbage all the way up the stairs and the hallway. Room carpet was filthy, we had two rooms one toilet didn’t hardly flush. Bathrooms had tile falling off and just looked like overa you gave up on the place. Probably won’t stay here again sadly. Staff was very friendly even brought us a new set of sheets for the bed that had brown stains in the sheets. Thanks but no thanks the hotels and and cleanliness just isn’t gonna work for us anymore.
