Our stay the week before in room 302 was outstanding, 5 stars! Our stay 8/3-8/5 left a lot to be desired. Many issues in the room. Garbage disposal non functioning, light above microwave not working, desk light not working, bathroom door does not stay open without something to prop it open, bedroom door would not stay closed unless latched, TV’s in both rooms malfunctioned multiple times in multiple ways. Very disappointed in room 202. I hope these issues are attended to sooner than later.

Great room, great location. I chose for the EV charger which was behind the building with easy access and not blocked. I would stay again.

All staff were superb. The room was comfortable and bed was relaxing. My husband has a disability and the shower was great it had a bench and hand held shower spray option so he could sit for his shower. Breakfast was typical but good. Gym was clean and everything worked. Wish they had 7.5 lb weights. I even had to use the laundry room. It was clean and all washers and dryers worked. My husband used the pool and liked it so much he was gone for two hours. I sat out on the deck during the day to read and it was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This is my "go to" hotel choice. Always clean, convenient, lots of parking, great staff. I hope I find TownePlace in all my future travels.

The parking lot was full every night. The breakfast was good, but wasn’t getting replenished as fast as people were eating (we were there for a volleyball tournament). The floors in the public areas were wet from kids in/out the pool & no one to mop the floors or put out wet floor signs. Only one ice machine & it’s on the first floor. The room itself was nice & clean. Staff was really nice.
