TownePlace Suites Billings

We had a kitchenette and made it very good for making meals in your own room. The breakfast in the lobby was so so. The waffle batter was out, and oatmeal was congealed .

People were exceptional! Professional, positive and very polite!!

Simply amazing great rooms great staff highly recommend

We only were there one night but the room was furnished enough that we could have stayed for a month.

Uncomfortable furniture

Exceptional

Our stay the week before in room 302 was outstanding, 5 stars! Our stay 8/3-8/5 left a lot to be desired. Many issues in the room. Garbage disposal non functioning, light above microwave not working, desk light not working, bathroom door does not stay open without something to prop it open, bedroom door would not stay closed unless latched, TV’s in both rooms malfunctioned multiple times in multiple ways. Very disappointed in room 202. I hope these issues are attended to sooner than later.

Exceptional

Super stay! Will stay there again!

Very nice, clean, light & bright .... staff was personable and efficient. The TV in the main bedroom wasn't working. The attendant came and made her best attempt at repairing it, she did get it to turn on, just couldn't get the volume to adjust. That was our one and only issue and your employee did her best to accommodate. Thank you, this was our first experience staying with TownPlace and it won't be our last. The issue with the TV mentioned above

Staff is SUPER FRIENDLY! Very clean accommodations! Our favorite Hotel. We always stay here when we travel.

Good place

Great room, great location. I chose for the EV charger which was behind the building with easy access and not blocked. I would stay again.

All staff were superb. The room was comfortable and bed was relaxing. My husband has a disability and the shower was great it had a bench and hand held shower spray option so he could sit for his shower. Breakfast was typical but good. Gym was clean and everything worked. Wish they had 7.5 lb weights. I even had to use the laundry room. It was clean and all washers and dryers worked. My husband used the pool and liked it so much he was gone for two hours. I sat out on the deck during the day to read and it was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This is my "go to" hotel choice. Always clean, convenient, lots of parking, great staff. I hope I find TownePlace in all my future travels.

No complaints- great place to stay!
