Ladonna went above and beyond to accommodate my every need. She was extremely helpful and professional! We will be back twice a month, to this hotel only. Amazing beds for a restful nights sleep.

We really wanted to give a good review, but our experience with Hotels.com made the whole weekend a mess. We booked through the site, showed up to check in, and the hotel had no record of our reservation at all. It didn’t just happen once—it happened twice in the same weekend, which has never happened to us before and hopefully never will again. Both times, Hotels.com showed our booking as confirmed, but the hotel was actually overbooked and had to cancel it, and while they refunded the money, it still had to go through their processing timeline. That meant we had the full cost of this hotel charged, plus the full cost of the second hotel we ended up staying at, leaving us out over $1,000 before we even had a room for the night. We made it into Billings around 6 p.m. and didn’t actually get a room until 11 p.m. because we spent hours on the phone trying to sort things out and searching for anywhere with availability. The staff at the hotel were friendly and not the issue at all—it was the booking system and Hotels.com’s process. Their automated chat drags things out before you can reach a real person, and even then, all they can do is cancel the reservation and start the refund. Overall, it was a stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable situation.

We arrived after a long day of travel with our pets. The employee at the front desk, Chris, was kind, accommodating, and jovial. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel was extremely clean, well stocked and maintained, and the breakfast was unusually good for a free hotel meal! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Clean facilities. Nice front desk guy. Decent fitness center. Breakfast ok, but they didn't have oats at 8:30 am although breakfast runs till 9:30 am! They said it takes an hour to make? So, running out at 8:30 am is fine I guess!

The walls were paper thin the room was bare minimum due amenities. You can see light coming through all four sides of the door around all the curtains. The blackout shades were useless. The breakfast was not good. Staff was not helpful. The property felt gated complained about the noise outside, and the staff did not do anything.

Clean room and nice staff

Breakfast. Went down to eat at 9:05...Breakfast was being served until 9:30... Had to wait for the worker to make more food because at least 3 employees walked out with plates of food. I am all about sharing, but staff should wait for customers to be served first.

Great stay. Amazing from the First conversation with the man at the front desk all the way through checkout!
-
Staff was great, particularly Stephanie in the morning at breakfast service. Our room was also just as needed with studio sofa and kitchen area separate from bed area. Gym and fire pit were nice also.

I would like to acknowledge my appreciation for the 2nd shift employee named Alisha. Having lost my wallet in Wyoming, I contacted the hotel in Billings to inquire about my (prepaid) check-in options prior to my arrival. Alisha was so considerate on my initial phone inquiry and facilitated our actual check-in upon arrival. Imagine the constraints one experiences having lost all of their identification and credit cards. It was a relief and pleasure to interact and reside at your facility. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE ALISHA FOR A JOB WELL DONE. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER DISPOSITION AND PROFESSIONAL COURTESY, WHAT A RELIEF IN THIS POST COVID CUSTOMER SERVICE SOCIETY (OR LACK THERE OF)! N/A
