Staff friendly and helpful,room was clean, parking is convinience, there is nothing to complain.

Room was clean & bed was comfy. One thing to note: maybe it’s just an issue through Hotels.com but there is no continental breakfast as it was advertised. Coffee only is available and snack vending machines.

Convenient parking and close to West end. A little dated and older carpet, but clean and nice staff

Recent change in ownership. Staff somewhat confused. Guest directory out of date, some info like free breakfast no longer applies. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Restuarant located next door

This was a clean hotel with very little amenities. It is good for an overnight stay on your way through. The gal who checked us in was very friendly and the price was good since we were coming late and leaving early.

The motel is in nice shape. An elevator (there isn't one) is the key item that dinged the review rating.

Room not ready at 430 check in. Non smoking room reeked ....we did not want to change rooms after bring in all baggage so we left window open all night 1st floor. 2 floors No Elevator. Outdated strange bathroom, sink in bedroom, heat lamp that was not turned on, but still hearing, old spa tub, stand alone shower.

The magnetic key was unreliable. Otherwise it was an excellent value!

First time I stayed at Western Executive. The price was the reason I choose this hotel. I was not at all disappointed. Very clean and large and comfortable rooms and beds. I will list my only negative observations; Road noise is high, no elevator and I had a very unsightly stain or dirty spot on the carpet in the middle of the room.

Room 117 was nice.

Older motel - basic needs met. They were short staffed.

If I was a smoker, it would be nice. The room stunk of cigarettes smoke. When we came home, opened our suitcase and everything smelled of cigarette smoke!

Staff was vacuuming rooms at 9 at night. Not a good time to do housekeeping.

This hotel was disgusting, there was spray foam in the shower ceiling, the toilet seat was to small for the toilet, the carpet was filthy and the bed was dirty. I would not even crawl under the covers. The staff didn't even tell us how to get to our room without us asking. Negative 10

Was not horrible but that's about all I can say.

Clean hotel, convenient location off the highway near dining and shopping, fantastic price! I’d stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, and clean. The staff was great and went.over and beyond with a small booking issue we had. Thanks!
