Shower didn't work

Decent hotel in a pretty good area in Billings and was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

Great big rooms

Quick and easy check-in. Very safe location.

The air conditioner was LOUD! I had a terrible time sleeping.

Great room. Good parking. Great coffee in the morning. No elevator for 2nd floor. Refrigerators have 1 cubic foot capacity.

We came to check in nearly an hour after the check in time and was told our room wasn’t ready yet. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes until the room was ready for us. The room was pretty big and clean except the pillow cases had some black marks on them. Other than that it was a pretty okay stay.

The TV wasn’t even hooked up so I had to ask someone to come to my room and do that. The shower water did not drain. The carpet was stained. The ceiling was gross. The bedding was clean and the staff was friendly. Don’t ask me how it ever got an eight star rating.

Nice location for what we did

I didn't like how It wasn't updated enough to even have to put a 100$ deposit down and the bathroom and room wasn't clean the rug was stained up bathroom felt dirty

Our stay was great. The only thing that was off putting was the smell of marijuana in the hallway when we got there.

There was free parking but no smoke free rooms. If you have asthma or don't smoke I would not recommend this place as the smell of smoke is overwhelming.

The room floor had multiple stains, problems with the shower and overall the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff was nice, but it doesn’t make the stay much better. I’m very disappointed.

Great staff, very helpful and efficient

A lot clean on the room, staff are ready when you’re about to checking in from Expedia you only need to put your car information and they are already ready for your room key, air con was perfectly fine also there are lots of parking spot

No breakfast options. Asked the desk clerk for restaurant suggestions. She suggested next door which was a casino without any dining options except pizza. Won't stay there on return trip. Has to be better options in Billings, Mt.

My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue was that the air conditioning was not working very well. Aside from that, my stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. I'd like to recognize the assistant manager, Amanda. She was extremely helpful and informative and clearly knows her job well. Her professionalism and excellent customer service made a positive impression and enhanced my overall experience. While I would have appreciated more amenities, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. Thank you to Amanda and the staff for making my visit a positive one.

AC quite loud

The pillow cases and bed sheets had marks and hair in them. One of the comforters had orange and yellow stains on it. The mattress we slept on felt broken and sank in the middle, like we were sleeping in a bowl. Both of us woke up with sore backs. The shower was the only saving grace—fantastic water pressure—but not worth the $95 we paid for the night. We would not recommend this place to anyone staying in the area, nor will we book here again.

Rm 204’s AC Unit needs to checked and repaired.
