Very clean with a wonderful staff. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful, clean and comfortable beds.

Great hotel, clean and feels new. The room was good with one caveat: one side of the bed had no connection to outlet so had to charge phone elsewhere. Not ideal. They also have the Placery where you could eat in the evening. Enough choices and the food was excellent.

Unfortunately system issues delayed our check-in by an hour or so. The staff did the best they could. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was above average for a complimentary breakfast.

Everything was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

We were fortunate to stay in a brand new hotel. Our room still has the fresh paint smell.

But we were able to turn the rest of couch that wasn’t a part of the pull out area, into a small bed for one of the kids. Great staff, the bar/restaurant was out of a lot of the food but they recommended us to a lot of places.

This was a great stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and maintained. Their free breakfast was a variety of foods and everything was delicious.

Hotel Desk clerk had to bartend & food service as well as check in guests. Overworked in a New Facility. Neighborhood is in a new area of Billings. A few mile drive to local restaurants. Another couple of years I expect area to be built up with additional hotels and restaurants?
