The hotel was decently clean our top sheet had something hard on it and the staff replaced it immediately. We thought the water park would be included but it is not. You have to pay at a discounted rate to enter the water park.
-
Clean place with fun things to do. Does need some work done on the property but overall decent

The staff was amazing

The reef was closed for the weekend, it was the reason we made reservations at BHR. If I had known beforehand I wouldn't have booked our room there.

Hotel was nice and clean. Only reason to write the bad review was we picked this hotel being it had a big water park where the kids could blow off steam after a road trip. In the notes being it was the fourth it was to close down early at eight pm. We showed up at four pm and the guy had let all the staff go early and everyone was already gone. So there was no water park only pool and hot tub, there were no games or anything going on. Kids were disappointed after looking forward to it all day

Breakfast was perfect!! Room was very cleaned! EVERYDAY WAS VERY GOOD
-
Not bad, breakfast was gone early and no one was refilling anything so had to go somewhere to buy breakfast.
-
Room was clean and spacious, pool was clean and big, nice outdoor relaxing areas. The reef water park was extra for hotel guests, I don’t think this was stipulated on their website.
-
The room was not very clean, dead bugs on the curtains, old yellowing devices, dirty floors, the sink wasn’t draining and the bathroom has no fan which is causing mold. You could also see where the housekeeping staff had just barely wiped the mirror clean causing me to think they didn’t clean the entire room too well either. Definitely seems like this place received the landlord special. Also the water park is not included it’s an additional $15 per person plus $5 to just watch your kids which I don’t think was specified. The photos make it seem as if the water park is part of your hotel stay.

It was a short stay this time. None the less this is an establishment I enjoy staying at.

On first look it looked great. Walls were thin could hear everyone in the halls, next rooms over, and above. People above us were making noise almost all night, running back and forth in the room. The bathroom had mold in a couple different places, the ventilation fan must have been clogged up. Heard the rooms were renovated recently and they may have been, but i don't consider paint and caulking renovated. The bathroom door is separating from moisture. There were broken tiles, the mirror frame was taped on the wall, electrical switches and covers didn't match. For being a resort I expected much more, the breakfast is worse than a motel 6. Had to pay extra for the pool I was under the impression that our was part of the resort and was part of the stay. Not impressed! Resort! No glorified motel 6

The room was great, clean and a nice size. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
-
Close to where we needed to be. Roomy and nice The breakfast room

Oh and lastly, it was right before we checked out, I showered and went to blow dry my hair. The blow dryer started sparking and making a very loud sound. Had to quickly unplug it to get it to stop. Let front desk know and they said they would have maintenance look at it. Overall, there are way nicer places to stay in Billings. Don’t let the waterpark entice you. While the kids might love it, the place is a mess and needs much better cleaning and maintenance.

It was ok Poor pillows. Loud guests very late at night. Worn towels. Mattress was worn out.
-
Very family friendly, and has a water park with a arcade and laser tag for the kids
