Big Horn Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the continental breakfast was good but very minimal selection. The water park was fun but I think should have been more discounted or included with a room rental. The arcade was fun, lots of games to play.

Stayed with family. Great to be close to the water park. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but was available daily. Rooms need update, sheets and shower curtain had older stains but it was overall a good stay.

Sheets were wrinkly as if they hadn’t been fully dried, after requesting a bedding change the next day that never happened, there was milk left in the fridge, and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Booked and there was no flexibility in the dates.

The staff was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

We always stay here when we’re coming through Billings!! Haven’t had a negative experience!!

Was just ok well used and VARY noisy also asked to service my room or at least give me clean towels never got either some of the staff was very nice and helpful and then there was others that wasn’t if your going to take the kids to the water park I would suggest just going to the water park and skipping the room

My little family and I have never stayed here. I love that they have everything all under one roof. Its location is great to a gas station and restaurant right across the street. When booking in the fella was extremely courteous and helpful with how to get around the building. He let me know when the indoor pool, casino, burger joint and arcade opened. It was a great experience the kids loved the indoor waterpark. The young staff working there were also kind and friendly smiles. Five stars all around.😃

While our room was definitely not the cleanest, the staff was amazing. The arcade on site has awesome food! The bartender was so sweet. Laser tag was a blast. The water park was a huge hit for my family and the lady there and lifeguards were so kind!! Breakfast was good- but packed!

Overall great experience. Fantastic pool for the kids.

I left a backpack in the room by mistake. It contained an expensive pair of sneakers. When I got to Salt Lake City and unpacked I realized I had left them in the room. I phoned the front desk to notify them a d ask if housekeeping had turned in the backpack. Housekeeping had no record of the backpack. Good to see they have such honest employees. We have stayed there many times but will never do so again.

Great place to stay with our family. Wished we would have received a better discount for the water park since we were there 3 nights. Even with the hotel guest discount we were paying $30 a day for the kids to enjoy the water park.

Loved our stay! The rooms are very clean and up to date. Staff was very accommodating. Good breakfast. Nice water park, even better than the pictures look. Our only complaint was the pool information/time is wrong online. So we were disappointed to arrive and find we only had less than an hour left to enjoy the water park.

Ate in the dining room- it was good as bar food goes.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Stairs had a bad smell. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

The mattress was lumpy & the pillows were old & cheap. Their was smoke stains on the back of the bathroom door above the entryway. For charging $250 for smoke fees I was surprised to find this. The second room I rented was cleaner & didn't have the same problem. I do have to say though that the arcade & indoor water park were pretty fun. It was the first time my little one had ever had a chance to be in the pool & he loved it. The arcade was also a very fun place to spend time with my teenage kid. They also had plenty of parking, great breakfast food & friendly helpful staff. As they say you can't have everything so I definitely give this a 75%.

The staff was wonderful. I was allowed to have my service dog with me. The rooms were very neat and clean in the water. Park was fun.

Family friendly resort. Good eating close by.
