Staff very friendly, bed comfortable Bathroom no soaps to wash hands, room next door very loud tv. Couldn’t hear each other talk.

It was ok When we booked there was no indication that the Waterpark was not open on the day we were there. Very disappointing for our grandkids.

They accommodate my 2 cats, no questions asked. Thank you That you had to pay separately for the pool and slide area.

Of course, the TV worked, so I appreciated that the inside of a microwave was yellow from wear and tear. The staff was great. My experience with my family was great and wonderful. ARCADE SUPER COOL LASER TADE AWESOME!

Great place to stay for the price. We’ve stayed often were there on off season do prices were reasonable. Attached to a water park do was geared for children and we understood that. Would avoid during high season for that reason. Quiet since few children around. Not sure what to expect during the summer with school holidays.

You definitely need to stay more than a day because the activities start later in the day and since we were there only a day we couldn't try everything

There was a stain on the sheet on my sons bed when we checked in. Mind you it was late so we had picked up fast food prior to checking in. My son was checking for bed bugs and found the stain on His bottom sheet! He removed the sheet took it to the front desk where he was given a clean sheet. They told him we would get a $20.00 credit for the inconvenience, by the time he had sheet in hand they said I see you prepaid , can’t get you a credit!. Woman at desk the next morning said not so I’ll get you your credit! STILL WAITING! oh our dinner was cold by the time my son got his clean sheet!
