Extended Stay America Suites Billings West End

It was easy accessible No one told I said it was also a place for drug addicts to come in off the street and get paid by the city. Well, we couldn’t understand what was going on. There was dog fights in the hallway drug deals out in the parking lot people yelling and screaming all night. We had nowhere else to go so we just stayed in our room, but when I found that out in the morning, I was very disappointed and sad. I will never stay at one of those places ever again.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows!! The bathroom floor could use a good scrubbing, ripped carpeting, and breakfast was disappointing. Convenient location

The room was very nice and spacious. plenty of room for us all. had a grab and go breakfast but it was just oatmeal and granola bars. also Im curious about the phone next to the toilet

Slight smell in the halls and stairwells

Walking distance for pubs and food. Can’t think of a thing.

- a dog barked all night and they would not switch me rooms

We had a nice big comfortable room. It had a full size refrigerator. Two burner stove and nice counter top. I felt that the security was good. The carpet was filthy. I did not feel comfortable walking around bare footed.

No hot breakfast.
