It was quiet A little rundown

Nice sized room, big refrigerator and freezer The bed was horrible, the base was very loose and swayed even when someone walked on the floor. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. The carpet was extremely stained and looked dirty. There were no anti slip strips in the shower and it was very slick. For the price, it was very poor!

Nothing really. The room was very dated, carpet was very dirty. Window's were all filthy, hallway and elevator were dirty. Garbage cans outside were over flowing and property wasn't taken care of outside either.

Staff was great room clean and comfortable. Location great also.

The staff treat me like family. They are warm and pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and have a stove and refrigerator and microwave. Beds and bathroom are usable- toilet seats are high enough to be comfortable. WiFi is extremely slow. But with the treatment I get from the staff, I can overlook very slow WiFi service. On my last stay here, Chris was of great help at the front desk. He greets everyone like they are good friends. I wish there were more good people like him in this world.

The room was clean but the kitchen and bath was so outdated! I don’t usually use the kitchen but when traveling and doing dirty work I want a nice bathroom. The interior and exterior properly was trash!!! Literally trash cans overflowing, weeds growing and trash in the stairwells. Guest obnoxiously, loud, hanging out in the front door area smoking, vaping, reeking of alcohol and looking like a gang of homeless people and when I mentioned it to the girl (who looked like she was 16) The reply I got was “ well they are adults they can do what they want”. Behind the front counter to check in looked like a janitor’s closet with a bunch of crap behind the desk, like mops, buckets, trash cans and vacuum cleaners. It was disgusting!!! I absolutely don’t have really high standards but I will never stay there again!!!

The location It was dirty outside, dirty lobby, elevators, rooms appeared clean but the floor made my husbands socks brown

The room was extremely clean and everything in order.

Called hotel, but no accommodation.

Breakfast was poor. Seemed to be a halfway house.

Economic reasonable A lot of broken things

It was listed as breakfast included. But only snack bars, muffins and quick oats.

Location Toilet was broke carpet was wet. Was not a breakfast as stated it was grab & go.

The room was very dusty. The internet connection was great.

The guest staff and employees were excellent, very polite and very accommodating.. rooms are very clean and I'll stay there on my next trip to Billings and I would recommend anyone else to stay there as well

The whole room was clean , carpets had no stains, bed was comfortable after an 8 hour dri e, AND the towels looked clean no stains or random hairs. The breakfast was a grab and go , our hall way smelt sooooo strong of burnt popcorn and Chinese food I had to put a towel at the bottom of our room door it was coming in
