My Place Hotel - Billings, MT

Unfortunately, there was an issue with my Expedia reservation. I learned that Expedia uses what is called a "virtual credit card" for reservations. In the hotel's system, they were seeing Expedia's virtual card rather than my personal credit card. Although I had already paid and had a confirmation, the hotel couldn't check me in because Expedia's "virtual credit card" on file was being declined due to insufficient funds. After contacting Expedia customer service without much help, I ended up paying the hotel again to avoid further delays. I've booked through Expedia for years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I'm hoping to receive a refund for my original payment and will update once I have a resolution. This experience has definitely made me think twice about booking through Expedia again, and I hope other customers don't encounter the same issue.

It was a great stay! A little disappointed that there was no breakfast available but good dining close by! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

We came in very late and staff stayed up to ensure that my husband who was an hour behind me could get in after hours. The place was clean, well appointed and close some fast food joints. I appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude with the staff.

Extremely clean, super comfy beds. Overall great for the price. Only downside was the front desk lady was nowhere to be found when I wanted to ask a question while checking out. Still worth staying there

Clean hotel and friendly staff

We had never heard of this hotel brand but glad we chose it. Our stay was great, and while on vacation, we stayed at two more My Hotel properties. Everything about this hotel and the others were perfect. Each had a kitchenette. Nice spacious bathrooms. There was coffee/tea in the mornings but no other breakfast options. I will for sure look for My Place on my next trip!!

The check in area is clean and feels safe. The front counter staff is sweet and helpful. Rooms are nice for the price. The grounds are well kept. I travel with my little dog. I’m a return costumer.

Room clean, modern bath and kitchenette. Very comfortable bed and linens and good climate control. Nothing bad to say. Adequate parking as well. Pet deposit reasonable.
