My Place Hotel - Billings, MT

A/C was working quite well, even when you turned up the temp bit it was great. Very clean and well maintained room. Full size fridge and s.all 2 burner stove we a plus if you were staying a longer period. We would definitely stay again!

We were disappointed that it no longer includes a free breakfast. It does have a pay station for snacks and the option to order a "prepackaged" breakfast for an additional cost.

Super nice front desk staff

Very clean. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Only problem. No pots, pan or silver ware in the kitchen. Very misleading.

The front desk staff was helpful. I would never stay here again unless on the 3rd floor. We were on 2nd floor and the noise above us was horrendous! Sounded like someone was kicking a soccer ball until 3 in the morning. We were just passing through on a long trip and really needed sleep which we did not get.

Everything was good as far as the room itself. I just don’t understand why there is no room service available. It seems to be that ever since Covid hotels can’t be bothered with emptying the garbage and leaving clean towels.

Nice welcome by staff, quick check in. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel was close to dining and shopping opportunities. I’d stay again!

Very outdated facility

Had gotten in late from driving all day and had some issues with check in so it took an extra 20 min and got a different room then booked which isnt ideal after a long day but oh well, however then the ac in the room did not work so they had to give us a fan which was nice but kinda sucked. The front desk guy was trying his hardest and friendly so kudos to him!

Great place and excellence staff help

Incredible value for a great hotel. I will always look for a My Place wherever I travel. Very impressed.

Bathroom counter is small.

The last couple time that I have stayed here, they have helped me out with a charging block. Why I lose them is beyond me, but they let me borrow one. Much appreciated.

THIN walls! Realize front desk can't control noise of neighbors, but it did wake us up at 3:45 am with a SUPER LOUD TV. No compensation received.

This was a great stay, the facility was nice with plenty of amenities.

Kind staff, comfy beds, and the rooms are well-equipped for your traveling needs.

Just stopped to sleep in a long road trip. The property was easy to get too but it did smell funny, the beds were hard and the other guest loud.
