Woodspring Suites Billings

Our stay was due to an emergency road hazard, so it was excellent to have a full size refrigerator to put our groceries in that we had just bought. The hotel also had a laundry facility for guests so we could launder our clothes for the unexpected night away. The staff was personable and kind. The entire property was very new looking, and clean. We had a pleasant stay. Just a note that for us older people the bed was entirely too close to the floor. It felt like We had to do squats to get in and out of bed. But, not a hotel issue.

Full refrig room was very clean

the front desk personnel and handed me a blanket that was waded in a ball. Not apologies no nothing. In the morning there was a gal standing at the front t desk, wouldn't greet customers, as matter of fact she never open her mouth to speak. Very rude and very unprofessional, was not told about the hotel amenities or any information . Very poor experience, poor mattresses will not ever stay again at Woodspring Suites.

The property and rooms are definitely clean, but I felt like I was in a dorm room very institutional feel to it. The bed was lumpy and too soft, the room smelled like somebody’s horrible food. Even with the exhaust fan off in the bathroom and the air conditioning off the vents still made a horrible wheezing sound all night. The blinds barely kept the parking lot lights out of the room and certainly did nothing to keep the sunlight out in the morning. I got little to no sleep. Although they are pet friendly, the $50 cleaning fee which is nonrefundable is one of the highest I’ve ever paid to have my dog with me and on top of it they charge $10 a night including the initial night where they charge you the $50. So one night stay is a $60 pet fee. Be prepared to fill out and sign a lot of paperwork as well. Something else I’ve never really experienced while staying with a pet. There was also somebody sleeping in their camper in the parking lot that looked more like a homeless person than somebody on a camping trip and they ran their generator all night.

Room and property was clean. Long drive from Az about 14 hrs drive. Just wanted to check in and rest up. We got to hotel and l walk in, there were three people in the lobby. I ask if they were in line to check in. And one said they've been waiting 30 mins and the other about 40 mins. I waited about 45 mins before the night clerk came in at 11:30 and check us in. We didn't get into our room until 12am . We waited approximately1 hour and 1/2 .. the next morning all the front desk clerk was l am sorry for the inconvenience. That is BS... Their evening clerk had just left . That's why there was nobody at the desk.

1st floor

I don't enjoy "dorm" style living. There were no cups in the room, nothing. the bed was a metal trame which made noise every time you moved. Would not stay there again.

Finally...there is no hairdryer on the property!! Important to know before you choose this hotel. I wish I had known....

the room was clean but not comfortable, the staff was courteous, my biggest problem, the $10 dollar pet fee which i fully understand but the $50 NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit that was not disclosed to me until check in is absurd. especially when the room was prepaid, so they already had my money, and too late in the day to find another room felt like i had just been hijacked.

It was very basic. No iron, or board, refrigerator was really loud, hair in the shower, and for the price I should have stayed elsewhere. Oh well to tired that day to care. No one up front when you leave or come in. Have to ring the bell for service.

A/C kept room perfectly cool during the 86° day . There is a constant room exhaust fan going (no switch seemed to turn it off) not a deal breaker for me as I like background sound for sleeping, but some might not care for it. Parking was free and there are plenty of spaces. WiFi was a bit limited for the free option , you can pay for better access (streaming speed/multiple devices) Would stay here again , perfectly met my needs and was a good price

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Local channels didn’t work and hadn’t been working for a week per another guest. Staff was unaware of this problem. Overall has the advertised amenities.

Staff nice they need to keep their dolly on main floor It’s not the staff is fault but they need to keep those because it took me nine trips to my truck to put everything in. I was tired, but I did it but other than that everything else was nice. They should have breakfast there, but that’s another story. Thank you.
