The room was very clean, the staff was very nice

The AC didn't work and it was sweltering. Staff said none of the AC units on the upper floor worked very well. No rooms to switch with... So we ended up booking another hotel so I could sleep well for the long drive the next day. DID NOT get a refund. Incredibly disappointing...

It was nice, clean and the staff were pleasant.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was in need of some repairs. The breakfast area was a bit cramped and the juice machine was down. Overall it was an okay stay. It was a place to sleep.

I went out a back door to unload my car and my key card wouldn't work the locks to get back in. The staff was helpful to fix these problems but I would not come back here..

Being forced to stay here

I am allergic to carpet and dust, so I wish the rooms had wood flooring instead of carpet. If they did, the stay would have been fantastic. One thing I really liked was the location. There are plenty of fast-food restaurants within walking distance, which was very convenient. Checkout time is 11:00 AM, but housekeeping needs to improve their courtesy. At around 8:45 AM, while I was packing and had just gotten out of the shower, a housekeeper opened my door without knocking or announcing themselves. I found that very rude and inappropriate, especially since checkout was still more than two hours away. The breakfast was okay, and the coffee was great. Despite the few issues, I would stay there again—especially if I could get a room without carpet. 😀

Staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. Parking was adequate.

Our room was dirty, there waa hair in the shower. The shower head waa broken. No toilet paper dispenser, bathroom faucet hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Towels had stains and carpet in our room and hallways was dirty. The breakfast area was small and crowded and many things broken or dirty. Beds were clean and comfy. We slept and checked out early. Will not stay again.

The key cards only worked on sometimes. Fridge had old deli meat left in it. TVs did not work. Fire alarm did not have a battery. Shower door did not fully close. The toilet stopped working. Bed frame was broke. Carpet was not clean. But the front desk staff was very nice

Carpet was dirty and old. The shower faucet dripped and needed replacing. The bathroom faucet was loose on the sink top. The toilet seat was stained and black water stains in the bowl needed to be cleaned.

No TV and no Internet and no fix!

I did make my reservation late when I got to Billings due to the fact that another hotel their office was closed in round up. No one answered the door and I couldn’t get my room so I drove to Billings and got there were cups and things for coffee or tea no machine TV didn’t work. The young man at the desk came once for the TV and then said well it might not work OK on cleanliness could’ve been better. I was sad because I had stayed in that hotel before and it was amazing.

Great value. Hot breakfast. Very nice staff. Convenient location. Small room but very efficient. Would definitely stay again.
