Desk staff was very friendly.

Great value , and great location when visiting billings. Accessible rooms are a big bonus.

The room looked good at first, but when looking indepth the room was dirty. Furniture had sticky spills, towels were yellowed and bedding was worn. Worst of all pillows had blood stains on them you could clearly see through the worn pillow cases. The outside and lobby area's were nicely updated.

It was a comfortable stay. Kitchenette was nice.

Upon booking the hotel through Expedia, Ledgestone suites were advertised as pet-friendly. Upon our arrival, the front desk staff inquired about our pet. I informed them that we were traveling with a cat. However, they informed me that the hotel did not permit cats and only dogs were allowed. I regret that the website did not provide more specific information regarding pet policies. Consequently, we opted to book a room at the Avid hotel, which was significantly more aesthetically pleasing and immaculate. Regrettably, the staff refused to refund my $130 booking. Nevertheless, Expedia provided a $25 credit for my subsequent booking.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, large rooms with kitchenette, friendly and welcoming staff who could not do enough to help, will definitely stay again.

The room was clean, comfy and spacious. I like that my dog is welcome there and they have a dog area outside the back door. The location is easy to access from around town and the highway.

We were treated very kindly by the excellent staff at check in. We also appreciated the super clean room and bathroom! We wished a room with two beds would have been available for the 3 adults in our party.

First room had dirty/stained looking sheets so we changed rooms. So that was very disappointing. 2 queen beds and one was hard and squeaky and the other was super soft. So not the best sleep. The bathroom door was a barn door style and doesn’t really close properly. Probably would not stay here again. Lady who checked us in was lovely though.

Everything was excellent except the mattress needs some help! It was too soft and a little lumpy.

Clean and comfortable hotel room with a very reasonable price. Walking distance to coffee and fast foods. Fairly quiet even though near Interstate 90. Will stay again.

Clean and convenient location

My room was clean and large. I had lots of elbow room in the kitchenette, living area, bathroom and sleeping area. I received very good value for the money I spent.

Bathtub leaked and dripped all night. Behind stove was dirty. Beds were comfy. Hotel was nice and clean. Side door did not work.
