Staff was excellent

Had to change rooms due to AC not working, and no television. In the next room, no remote control for the television that worked. Other than that it was a nice day

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was small and very chlorinated but the kids all had a blast. Definitely leave time for showers after playing. The hot tub was super hot (which I was grateful for so the babies stayed out) and relaxing. The staff was amazing! They were helpful and kind. We have 5 kids and the breakfast attendant was so helpful even giving the kids some bananas for the road. The lobby housekeeper made it a point to stop us to tell us how much she enjoyed watching our kids play and interact. With such a large family there is a lot of concern that your kids aren’t being perfect angels and the public reaction to that isn’t always met with grace. Everyone there made us feel like our family was a joy. Everyone left feeling amazing.

Very very accommodating. Moved us to an accessible room and a late checkout to accommodate our needs.

The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, staff was friendly. The shower looked as though there was mold in the corner, and it clearly wasn’t cleaned normally. The hot tub needs to be emptied and deep cleaned.

The gal's language at the front desk was very offensive to me. The breakfast had no meat. Worst Comfort Suites I've ever stayed at. We won't be back.

Taylor at the front seat was the best. She was super helpful when I needed to print out some tickets. Very sweet and personable The sink in our room wouldn’t drain. The printer in the lobby was broken

The room was dirty. Someone else food in the microwave. The pool smelled like sewage and looked dirty so we didn’t swim.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly, courteous, professional and very helpful. The room was clean.

Staff were unfriendly and rude. Walked into our room and it smelled. Found out there was something black and white in the air conditioner. Looked like a moldy banana. Half the outlets didn’t work. Pillows with dried food on them. Bath tub was dirty.

If we had know when the water would be shut off, we could have taken a shower earlier and left. Or if they kept their word that it would only take 1 to 11/2 hrs to fix the water problem we could have taken a shower. Neither happened and we waited for 21/2 hours for water that never came and left to our next destination in frustration.

When we ckecked in there were already people and a couple of dogs in our reserved room. They moved us to another room 2 floors up.

Great hot breakfast!

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. I really liked the modern shower with the glass door. It’s dog friendly and has a large area to walk your dog however, I didn’t see a cleanup station where they provided bags. They do water the lawn at night, so it gets pretty wet, but at least it’s done in zones so if one area is being watered, you at least have another area to walk your dog.

Breakfast was good We stayed for 3 nights. The room only had 2 bath towels to begin with. The day before we left I had requested for our towels to be restocked. It never happened I ended up going down to the front desk myself and asking for some. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to get more from the front desk. I even asked a housekeeper that was just outside our room. She said she didnt have any on her cart and tried offering me a box of kleenex. Sunday morning they ran out of paper plates in the breakfast area, most of the seating in the breakfast area are loose and could use some tightening
