The gravy for breakfast was cold. Couldn't find a staff member. The hotel itself was great! We literally had a couch area and the price was great. Just sad about breakfast.

I asked to speak with a manager the next morning. but the morning staff told me, “I don’t know where the manager is, I don’t have any way to contact them for you, here’s an email address you can send your complaint to.” I made it clear that a form email was not good enough and that I expected a phone call. We came back that day to find a half finished cleanup, a mess left in the bathroom, and no housekeeping visit at all, so we had to hunt down our own towels. One night employee was kind and genuinely apologetic, and she promised to help resolve things. The next morning, same story, “the manager isn’t in.” I told staff I would be writing a review. As I walked out to the car, the manager, who goes by “Iffy,” suddenly materialized to speak with my mother. She calmly laid out our disappointment with the state of the room. His response was to tell her that if we had a problem, we could pack up and leave, and that he didn’t care what we thought because he has 57,000 customers a year and we were the only ones complaining. He spoke to her until she was in tears over a legitimate complaint about basic cleanliness.

Staff was good, breakfast is basic, overall room was clean except shower, could tell they don’t clean each time, hair and scum in shower.

Typical suite layout with all the necessities. Roomy bathroom/shower.

The room was filthy. The furniture was ripped, banged up and stained. There was no remote for the TV. The front desk were indifferent. The offered to love us, after we'd already unpacked and ordered dinner. We were not about to repack and unpack again. Lot's of other options. I suggest picking one of them.
