Edgewater Inn

Pleasant

The location, quality vs. Price, and the staff is friendly, understanding, not too overwhelming, but there when you need them. No vending/drink machines. And ones available are cash only.

Poor

close to the beach

staff was very helpful. Location is great

Exceptional

Older hotel, but good value for money.

Everything nice

The whole place needed work & updated. The towels were extremely thin & flimsy. The carpet was not tacked down & was unraveling everywhere. The refrigerator was completely rusted on the outside. They cut our TV off before we checked out. Overall we left after the 1st night & had paid for 2 notes. We did not feel safe & the place was really run-down. It also advertised that it was on the gulf when it was across the street from the gulf.

It was nice other than when it was check out time I tried to call and keep one room and let the other go but I had to physically go to the property which sucked cause I was busy working and everything I done I could've done when I got off but the lady at the desk wouldn't let me.

Everything Nothing

I loved how close it was to the beach, the view was gorgeous in the morning and even better at night. I loved the pool as well! During my stay, the pool wasn’t cleaned not once until my last day there. Aside from that, it was perfect.

How close it was to the beach. The rooms were clean. It wasn't far from all the attraction sites. The staff was nice and reasonable and they have a pool which was nice. Whoever was next to me was unnecessarly loud and it was late. And they did have rust stains on the curtains.

Good

Super close to the beach and casino The methheads next door being up all night, there not being curtains so it was bright all day and a streetlight came right through the window at night. Ended up spending most of my time at the casino because I couldn’t sleep. Luckily I won money. Also the pillows and bed were terrible.

Superb

Great location by beach. Great pool. Clean room.

It was comfortable Unruly guest unattended to for hours screaming into her phone heard throughout the complex, overgrown grass unable to walk small dog, room was clean but lots of torn up areas and very little supplies

It was close to the Waffle House when we walked for breakfast The pillows were flat and the beds were not comfortable at all. It was really hot in the room because the air conditioner was not even in the area where the beds were.

Good
