Nice ppl, cold ac, comfortable beds. When you pay for a room and a stay and you go the pool is closed at 9 instead of 11 and you cnt swim!

Was in a great location The shower didn’t drain properly

Absolutely nothing. Maybe the refrigerator that actually worked They had a blinding spotlight in their parking lots with no curtains on the windows. Just blinds came in all night long. Big huge trucks rumbling the windows and the floors. Parties of drunk homeless camp outside till 3:00 in the morning. The owner should have at least cleared the parking lot for the people staying at that hotel. I realize it was a street truck event but regardless it was a parking lot owned by the hotel. This shouldn't be on your site at all. I paid $210 to get no sleep and be in a awful hotel

I was skeptical about the booking but once I got there I was pleasantly surprised! Stayed in room 521 and it was great!

Rooms was clean but they don’t match pictures they have posted on website the pool was dirty had bugs in it. Trash floating around in it. Wasn’t clear at all. Staff was very nice and helpful. Over stay was okay as far as room being clean just wasn’t what was expected and pool was nasty.

I liked the room and the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed fresh towels no issues with that. However I did ask to have the trash taken out and it never was. The room smelled musty maybe change the air condition filter. The bathroom door was difficult to close as was the outside door to the balcony some minor maintenance and a little bit of paint would make a big difference. The pool was dirty when we got there and it didn't seem like they were in any hurry to clean it. And when they did they chose the middle of the day to do it when we wanted to go swimming.

Amazing staff and beautiful location Nothing it was amazing in all aspects

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Pool was dirty. A/C really only cooled half the room, had to sleep over the blankets to not sweat. Stayed 3 nights, no one came in the clean rooms or at least bring clean towels.
-
That it was walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. I didnt like the fact that the pool wasnt monitored as well because of kids being able to have access without a legal guardian of some sort but other than that everything was good.

I like the retro style of my room. The pool area had. Some cigarette butts on the cement but it was ok.

Listen... Lina in the office was INCREDIBLE. She deserves both sides of her pillow being cold every night. HOWEVER....... When we got there, the first night, we were told our room was damaged by guests prior and we needed to switch rooms for the night, which is understandable. We were even upgraded for that night and got the 3 bedroom cottage which was amazing. Right across the street, a lady tried to break into this truck that was parked and threatened a man with a butcher knife. We chose to move to a different room closer to other guests for safety and was accommodated, thanks to Miss Lina! Other than that, its your typical motel stay. It could have been better but also could've been much worse.

I liked how convenient it was to the beach.
