Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel - Adults Only

I enjoyed the location. I had a great view of the beach. It was pretty spacious and there was a lot to do in the casino that I did not have to leave. The walls were thin. I could hear others closing their doors while I was sleeping. That was very annoying. Made me think that others were coming in my room. The refrigerator was absolutely discussing.

Room was nice and clean balcony view was great. The staff was wonderful.

Staff and room was clean. I didn't stay. I left the next morning, and I had no way to talk with anyone about a refund. I could hear traffic and people entering the casino from my room. I tried to talk with staff about a refund, but I was told they couldn't help due to me booking through a third party.

The room with balcony was awesome! Plenty of towels. Bigger blue towels for pool. Reallt good experience.

Price and location Dated. Sheets and pillowcases felt like canvas material, very abrasive, not the slightest bit soft or comfortable. Extra fee for snow crabs and shrimp was not worth the money. There was two types of shrimp on the regular buffet, plus gumbo. Snow crabs small and cooked improperly

The room was clean staff was very helpful we had a balcony room which was very good really enjoyed our stay

Everything was perfect and vehicle parking lot was just a few steps from the door.

The room was welcoming and comfortable. The shower head probably needs replaced. The water pressure was good, but the droplets were not distributing evenly therefore it felt like large water droplets in spots and stream in others. Not the most relaxing shower I’ve ever experienced. The staff, however, was welcoming and friendly.

Room was clean. Lobby and casino was too smokey. Needs better ventilation. Buffet was so-so.

Treasure Bay is our favorite place to gamble, and so staying overnight is truly convenient. That said, the property is not very clean or well maintained. In our room, the main TV had no sound, the lamp next to it was broken, there was no soap next to the sink and someone else's hair was on our bathroom counter. Also worth noting was that the button inside the 2nd floor Ladies Room for the disabled did not work. Staff members I reported all of this to didn't seem to care and wrote nothing down. Beds were comfortable and, this time, and AC was operational...so we were grateful to have it.

Worth everything penny........We will be back

Rooms are much nicer than expected but hard to get away from the heavy smell of cigarette smoke.

I’d would recommend this place , rooms were clean and the pool is very nice . If your going for the casino it’s ok but I’m not much of a gambler so I just enjoyed the pool and really liked having a drink at the den upstairs and walking on the boardwalk across the street. All of the staff was really nice and welcoming.

The rooms were clean and looked updated. The cigarette smell in the lobby about killed me. Even had 2 people smoke in the elevator. I wouldn’t personally stay there again but the actual room was nice

The crabs and crawfish was over cooked

It was nice not to have to leave to go eat. They have several restaurants there.
