Nice hotel. Good size clean rooms with a good pool.

No microwave, no room service, didn't empty waste baskets, asked for help with room safe, never came, visited area attractions...temperature was 102..returned with half-full bottles of water and Diet Coke and was forced to dump them. Only real positive was a luggage handler named Ryan...very polite, efficient, and most helpful to my lady friend who is disabled and has difficulty walking.

The view from the room was beautiful. It was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of room to roam and games! Happy hours at Agua were fantastic deals and the pool was super nice. The food was good on the buffet but there are lots of other choices too. Parking was spacious and valet service is available.

Good stop over place on the way to Florida. Good enough things in casino. Close to beach and stores.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Restaurants were plentiful and good quality.

Great Location…Atmosphere…Food & Drinks! My room not being ready at the 4pm check in time. Having to wait over an hour for a room, which would have been longer if I wouldn’t have spoken to the supervisor!!

The room was spacious and clean! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze. We enjoyed the restaurants and the spectacular buffet! We loved the Infinity pool with no kids! Great food and drinks by the pool! Just wish we could get pool bracelets for every day we were going to be there. Instead of going to front desk every morning to get the latest bracelet. I enjoyed the casino. The tables were kind and the slots were loose! And the wonderful valets and bellmen! We will return!

Room was very nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. The buffet was very good as well. The only thing I didn't like was that other than the floor with rooms - it was very smokey because smoking is allowed in the casino areas.

Everything was great except the front desk lady. The front desk lady was kind of dry and rude.

It is a beautiful property. The restaurant Blu was great! Beautiful view. Good vibe. Me and my husband will definitely back!!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! The staff were kind of pricks. Not just at our hotel but in the several we visited while staying in Biloxi. Tourists were friendly, staff not so much.

Staff was friendly and accomadating. Smoking rooms not all but enough for smokers.

The pool was the best!

I really enjoyed a place where I could get food and drinks without kids crying and running around.
