Room had brown stuff on wall in bathroom, staff was rude we had four people and they only gave us one key when ask for another they said we are not suppose to but I will but if you do not return both it would cost me my $40 deposit. Waiting on deposit to be dropped off still showing. Parking was fine felt safe. Based of everything else we did not go to breakfast

I have waited over 10 days for $100 deposit for room to be return. I have reached out and my requests to even understand when I would receive my money were met with zero answers or apologies.

My room was dirty, the bathroom was broken, the shower was all rusty and with holes in the bathtub, the room smells bad. I ask for another room and they gave me a worst one than the first one. This is the worst hotel I have stayed. They need to improve a lot in order for them to stay in business. People be aware of this hotel 😟😟

You get one roll of toilet paper, and if you ask they will let you know it. They don’t turn the room acs on when they know they have someone checking into a room. If the ac is not working properly in a room and they have an available room they will not move you until the next day. They don’t clean everyday, don’t make the meds, don’t restock the coffee everyday, you can’t get ahold of the staff because they are hanging out in a room with other guests. It’s definitely not a kid friendly place. You walk out of your room and smell nothing but weed, had people walking around looking in the beds of trucks. The shower in the room was horrible it took forever to get your hair rinsed especially having long hair.

The room was clean. It was a good location. This app was helpful.

Room was clean and larger than most, pool was clean and cool, located close to restaurants and a short walk to beach. Will stay again. Great price.

The location was good, our room not so much. They wanted a deposit for damage but our room had holes in the walls, tears in the carpet, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the curtains were torn, and the phone didn't work. They are taking damage deposits but not fixing the damage. Also, it states breakfast but the breakfast was muffins, toast (but no butter), and juice.

Room was absolutely disgusting, from the minute we walked through the door. Started taking pictures of filth and damage, so that we wouldn't be blamed for it. Then hubby opened the fridge and cockroaches came running out. Immediately contacted Expedia for a refund and went up to the front desk for a refund on our cash deposit. Nasty, do not stay here!

When we arrived, the air conditioning in our first room did not work at all. It was extremely difficult to get the front desk staff to move us to another room. The staff member on duty was unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to listen to our concerns. He also refused to provide more than one room key, which was very inconvenient. What made the situation even more frustrating was that family members who arrived the following day were assigned the same room we had declined because the air conditioning was not working. That raised concerns that the issue had not been addressed at all. The breakfast was also noticeably worse than it had been during my previous stay. Overall, the hotel no longer provides the level of service or quality that I experienced under the previous management. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again as long as it remains under the current management.

The place needs some love. A little fixing up and it would be better. We was peaceful there and we enjoyed our stay

I was treated really bad and never heard of a limit of kids that can stay in a room they where rude and very very unprofessional about how to handle a problem scammed us out of 160.00 i don't suggest anyone stay here ....

This place has mold on the ceiling. The carpet is frayed and dingy. The baseboards were rotten and coming off the walls. The refrigerator looked like it was covered in mold. The door doesn’t close right and shakes when someone walks by. The staff is absolutely awful and stand outside the rooms and practically scream about the customers who are staying in the rooms. My family left and had to rent another room somewhere else because of all the issues and the staff.

We had a great experience. The smoke alarm kept going off, so they moved us to a new room right away. The beds are super comfortable as well. Can't wait to come again.

Do not attempt to stay here! My husband and I are frequent travelers and I never leave bad reviews. However, if I can prevent someone from making the same mistake we made, it’s necessary. The first room smelled like something rotting, there was a cracked vanity about to fall apart, and a hole in the bathroom door. When I opened the shower curtain there were live roaches crawling in the tub! We left immediately to tell staff. They offered us another room. This room had no safety locks, as they were broken off the door. The baseboards all around the room had dead roaches everywhere. We saw a couple of live roaches (in the daytime mind you) under the bathroom counter. We also saw dead bugs on the blankets. The tub was cracked and disgusting. We left and purchased another hotel immediately. The hotel refused a refund and Expedia was zero help with this.
