When we arrived, the air conditioning in our first room did not work at all. It was extremely difficult to get the front desk staff to move us to another room. The staff member on duty was unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to listen to our concerns. He also refused to provide more than one room key, which was very inconvenient. What made the situation even more frustrating was that family members who arrived the following day were assigned the same room we had declined because the air conditioning was not working. That raised concerns that the issue had not been addressed at all. The breakfast was also noticeably worse than it had been during my previous stay. Overall, the hotel no longer provides the level of service or quality that I experienced under the previous management. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again as long as it remains under the current management.

The place needs some love. A little fixing up and it would be better. We was peaceful there and we enjoyed our stay

I was treated really bad and never heard of a limit of kids that can stay in a room they where rude and very very unprofessional about how to handle a problem scammed us out of 160.00 i don't suggest anyone stay here ....

This place has mold on the ceiling. The carpet is frayed and dingy. The baseboards were rotten and coming off the walls. The refrigerator looked like it was covered in mold. The door doesn’t close right and shakes when someone walks by. The staff is absolutely awful and stand outside the rooms and practically scream about the customers who are staying in the rooms. My family left and had to rent another room somewhere else because of all the issues and the staff.

We had a great experience. The smoke alarm kept going off, so they moved us to a new room right away. The beds are super comfortable as well. Can't wait to come again.

Do not attempt to stay here! My husband and I are frequent travelers and I never leave bad reviews. However, if I can prevent someone from making the same mistake we made, it’s necessary. The first room smelled like something rotting, there was a cracked vanity about to fall apart, and a hole in the bathroom door. When I opened the shower curtain there were live roaches crawling in the tub! We left immediately to tell staff. They offered us another room. This room had no safety locks, as they were broken off the door. The baseboards all around the room had dead roaches everywhere. We saw a couple of live roaches (in the daytime mind you) under the bathroom counter. We also saw dead bugs on the blankets. The tub was cracked and disgusting. We left and purchased another hotel immediately. The hotel refused a refund and Expedia was zero help with this.

Very limited breakfast friendly staff though

We checked in and went out for a few hours. When we got back and turned on the lights roaches ran everywhere. They were still coming out after the light were turned on. The trim on the bathroom was loose and rusted. It was disgusting. I call the front desk and they moved us to another room after they witnessed the roaches all over the night stand and phones. The only positive was the man working the front desk.

When I arrived the room was boiling hot. Breakfast has very few items to choose from. The motel is old, but is kept neat and clean. Overall, it's an ok stay for the price.

Affordable, clean, quite, staff was friendly right across from the beach no complaints we will stay again.

It has a very convenient location The bathrooms were pretty gross and outdated
-
Every thing was excellent

The bed was unbelievably comfortable! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The pillows were comfortable as well! What I didn’t like… When we opened the door of the room the first time, my glasses fogged up because it was so hot in there. The air conditioner was not on at all. So it was very stuffy and it took a while to get it cooled down. It was very comfortable once we got it cooled down.

The hotel was close to the beach and had a pool that is the only decent thing about it. There were bugs in both of our rooms and when it was reported to staff they told me “to shut the lights off”. The hair dryer was hot and burning the plastic holder when we arrived and it was shut OFF. I completely unplugged it so it wouldn’t burn the hotel down. There were insect wings on the bed spreads. When we asked for clean towels we had to go collect the dirty towels in our room to exchange them or they wouldn’t give us clean ones. The breakfast was waffles you could make, corn flakes with no milk or toast, also provided dry oatmeal packets with nothing to mix in them such as water or milk. For the price I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel but this was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at.

Close to the beach and food. Rooms outdated and in need of repairs to floors, the breakfast bar was the lamest I've ever saw.
