Beautiful view, nice staff, definitely will stay again

The location. The beds were horrible. The mattresses need to be replaced. The suite was hot even with the thermostat set at 68 degrees. We’ve stayed at this location several times in the past and n ver had an issue.

The room was beautiful. Nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast area is so nice and beautifully decorated. As a person with limited mobility. I was very very frustrated and upset that I wasnt able to get into the pool. The railing to the very top steep step to the pool only goes to the top of the first step. It doesn't extend down the steps to safely step in to the pool. There was no way I was going to risk slipping trying to step down that first step with the railing not going to be there to help support me stepping down. Then even if I were to step down that first step then what about the other steps? Why isnt there a railing to finish the steps? There wouldn't of been a way to help me get out of the pool and im sure my weight wouldve exceeded the small lift chair thing so I wasnt even going to attempt that. I was on vacation and booked a two night stay here. Was excited to have a pool on the Gulf and enjoy the view but wasnt able to have the enjoyment. The first time we left the room in that first hour of being there and going down to the pool only to have to come back up since I wasnt going to be able to utilize the pool we couldnt get in to our room. The door latch hook thing was blocking the door from opening. Luckily I had my walker with a seat on it to sit down as my husband went to look for help. The front desk sent the maintenance man to come help. He told us it happens often and he broke into the door lock thing and came back to replace it. He was fast and efficient. Just was frustrating it happened at all. Other than those two unfortunate events, the only other complaint would be how loud the busy street at night is. Man thats a noisy road when youre on vacation to relax. But guess that's not fixable lol.

The staff always very helpful and accommodating and the stay is always comfortable rooms are clean everything is perfect. There was nothing I did not like.

We love this property. I stayed here with my son one time about a year ago and it was so awesome being able to go straight onto the beach however, this time the beach was closed. There was no way to get on the beach. You wouldn’t have to drive several miles and neither direction to get there. None of this was told us on booking. It was a horrible experience. There was construction going on on the beach all night on 24 seven with beeping all night long. It was horrible if they had let us know we would’ve stayed somewhere else.m We are very unhappy with this property because they could’ve warned us that the beach was closed when they’re advertising beachfront property that you can walk right on the beach

The staff members are super friendly and very helpful.

We have stayed there multiple times and have never had a complaint. The staff is extremely helpful. Everything was just the way it was supposed to be.

We had a good stay at the South Biloxi Beach Hotel. Clean, organized and good location. Beach was being repaired/worked with heavy equipment so, no immediate access, had to go down the board walk to get on it. Nice facility, would definitely recommend for couples.

The beds are very comfortable and working amenities. I wish the lamps were the kind with additional plugs like other hotels I’ve stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
