Looking at the pictures online, gives you the impression that the hotel is well maintained and looks fairly new. The front desk agent with warm warming and nice. however the pictures online Kevin indication that they had a complementary breakfast which is not so there is no breakfast only coffee. Opening the door to our room, which was in the second set of buildings downstairs, we were hit by an overpowering smell of pure pet urine. It was overwhelming and took my breath away. I immediately close the door as I am an asthmatic and the smell was so confronting & atrocious. The were clean on the bed, but there were no towels in the room. I went back to the front desk and inquired about another room and asked for the keys for two more additional rooms nearby. The clerk understood and gave me keys for room 114 and 115 in room 114 with a step down from room 13 that will still infested with pet urine in the carpet and so was 115. I found my way to a nearby store store and purchased carpet deodorizer for the room we decided to stay in which was room 115 and again this was our 3rd room change and obviously the best that they could accommodate us with. I specifically left a message for the housekeeping manager regarding the lack of care and quality work that none of the housekeepers have seem to care about. The carpet was in dire need of cleaning if not ripping out and tossing it in the trash. The owners need to know this as well their rooms. It’s just one big dump.

Saw no breakfast. Did have decent coffee There was a roach in my bed when turning down cover. The smoke alarm was laying on shelf, not working. The ac spilled water all out in room where other rooms the ac ran outside across sidewalk. Soaked carpet at door. Chain on door broken. Pool needed cleaning.

It was right a cross from the beach, but other than that, nothing else. When we checked in, the first room was approximately 80 degrees and the air conditioner was not cooling properly. We reported the problem and were moved to a second room. The air conditioning worked better in that room, but the room had not been properly cleaned, and the bathtub still contained soap suds from a previous guest. We reported this and were moved again. The third room had the same serious air-conditioning problem as the first room. After giving the hotel three opportunities to provide an acceptable room, we decided we could not stay and left at approximately midnight. The front-desk clerk told us that we would need to contact Booking.com to receive a refund. We did not voluntarily cancel or fail to show up. We checked in but could not stay because the hotel failed to provide a clean, habitable room. I have photographs showing the condition of the dirty room and can provide them as evidence.

I like that it's next to the ocean and everyone was friendly and helpful, I definitely stay again and the price you can't beat ! The traffic!

Very nice staff and clean room. Room service is very nice also. Lovely pool as well. Right on the beach. Perfect location. Will return again.

Front desk receptionist was absolutely sweet and adorable!! Loved her attitude ❤️❤️ the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Luckily I had bleach wipes in my car and cleaned it up. Other than that it was ok.
