Blood was on pillow. Dead bugs all on floor when we got there. Had go to office to ask to open pool at 9:30. Set at pool for a little while went to room they had deactivated my key. Had to go back to office to.get key activated again. It wasn't even 11 o'clock

The close proximity to casino and ball park/ beach Nothing. Room was dirty floors had burnt matches and cigarette butts. No closet to hang clothes. Other patrons that are long term stays were very loud and had loud music late at night. One ice machine . Phone in room did not work hair in tub.

The tile floor was dirty. The shower drain was almost stopped up with hair. Hair in the corner of shower floor. Shower curtain dirty and had mildew on it. No shelves or ledges to use in shower for soap, shampoo etc. Had to put it on the floor or back of toilet. Not much pressure in the shower. Toilet dirty. Next morning complimentary coffee was luke warm. Only positive remark.. staff was polite. Shameful of the owner/manager for allowing this as the location is directly across from the beach. Shame on them for not doing inspections and monitoring housekeeping.

The pool area It was a lizard in the bed and hair from the maid I guess in covers and towels and online booking prices was total different n he didn’t tell me the price I had to check my card n it was different

Looked like someone had been sitting on the end if the bed. Say this because the covers were messed up. There was a word of kleenex left on the sink.

The air was very good. There was a fingernail in the bathtub.An old hair band with hair near the sink. The toilet was hard to flush. The location does not agree with the name. The location of the room was not visible to the beach.

The location was about the only thing I liked Resembled living in the hood, not clean, unfurnished room, basically a bed and that was it
