Super 8 by Wyndham Biloxi at the Beach

The rooms wasn't bad did need some cleaning there was some mold behind the TV the hot tub didnt work at all just a cold tub

Of dirt and unclean. Staff barely spoke English. Breakfast was old pastries from Sam’s. No drinks were served. It was a mess for a special Surprise trip!

The location was very convenient and the price and the quality of the rooms was good. Also the pool was very clean and the deck around the pool was very clean. I also liked that it had a convenience store also on location. I really cannot say that there was something that I did not like. The they stay was

It has a great location and also the rooms are a nice size For this to be a hotel right from the beach u would think it would be nicer, it need to be upgraded new paint tubs need to be repainted

Had to change rooms multiple times due to unclean linen. And the room I stayed in had 2 broken lights and was hot

The price and the pool Could of been a little cleaner on the ouside

the air condition was very cold the bed covers could have smelled better; room wasn't as clean as I would have like. The room with the king size bed smelled like marijuana. Spraying perfume didn't even take ridge of the smell.

Location is perfect. No vent in the bathrooms. Also wish the pool hours were extended longer.

When I entered the lobby, I was told I would have to pay a $25 fee for my service dog. After I explained that service dogs are not subject to pet fees, the clerk made comments suggesting people lie about service dogs and that dogs damage rooms. A grounds employee also questioned why my service dog wore a spiked training collar, which made me feel like I was being doubted instead of treated respectfully. My dog is well behaved, he was not barking or acting out but he is 100lb 2year old dog that will lunge at anyone that comes to close or talks loud or abruct at me. The collar helps me (with a spine injury unrelated to my disability) safely control him if needed. I left and rented a room two doors down with no issues. Based on the property condition and how I was treated regarding my service dog, I would not recommend this hotel.
