Holiday Inn Express Biloxi - Beach Blvd by IHG

The room was clean, the building is little old, but functional. Good breakfast and excellent service. The beach is across the street from the hotel

The hotel was clean and quite. The key pads to outside door were a little slow to work. I enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was ok, need to add instant grit packets to choices with the oatmeal.

The hotel was okay. We had to switch rooms due to the bed having stains on the sheets and being right beside the ice machine which was very loud. The walls are not very insulated, so you could hear everything. The staff was nice and quickly got us a new room.

The hotel was well taken care of, breakfast was good, the pool needs to be scrubbed but overall it’s a very good hotel to stay at in Biloxi

the breakfast wss amazing the host ms. jennifer was so sweet and helpful. Ms. Jennifer was always offering information on fun local things to do with small children as well as fun things for the adults to do. My children really enjoyed the warm cinnamon rolls. The daily housekeeping was a major plus for us. The rooms always smelled very fresh The staff was very friendly and helpful, they also worked very promptly to fix the tv the first day, some hoe it was not hooked up but the front desk sent someone to fix it wight away. We will be staying here again. My family and I have no complaints about our stay. We even enjoyed an evening swim in the hotel pool. This was an amazing experience for our children as they learned how to back float, they said being there made them feel brave.

The room was clean. The halls & elevator were not . Only one elevator was working so it was a big ordeal . The one elevator had a wet floor sign in it & we saw two roaches … The keys didn’t work . The front desk was not apologetic but instead told me it was because I put it next to my cell . WTH? Then, the hair dryer began to smoke & spark fire as soon as I turned it on . Not fun & didn’t smell great . I wasn’t given another hair dryer but requested one later at the front desk . Breakfast was good , not great but good enough. Beach was across the street . Shops nearby . Good location. Price was ok for the location but otherwise, there were too many inconveniences. A sign says it’s being renovated but no one was there working on anything . It was just broke down, outdated & needed a good cleaning & more staff. On the good side , the water pressure & bathroom amenities were great (need more towels, though!!)

We traveled to the coast to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The facility was clean and staff friendly. Most importantly the bedding was clean and comfortable.

Er got downstairs at 940 for the breakfast and it was already shut down. We were told upon check in breakfast was from 630-10am. The breakfast bar was the reason we chose to stay at this hotel. Was not expexting to have to pay for breakfast at a restaurant.

We loved the location. We were close to the beach and some of the souvenir shops. The entrance of the parking lot.

The breakfast worker was extremely helpful and friendly. It was enjoyable to have a worker make small talk and be attentive to one’s need.
