Room was set to 60 degrees when we came in, that should have been the first clue, nowhere near 60 more like 77 all night. Woke up sweating like crazy. The pool was decent however only on bar tender all day at the pool bar took forever to get drinks.
-
Needs more upkeeping even the most transited area elevators needed more to be clean and the only late night eating option (steak and Shake) needs to be clean.

It was a great location for traveling with our service animal. Not as fancy as other neighboring properties but all of the amenities were good and the ease of parking and checking in and out were great.

Housekeeping is non existent. Called 3 times for towels because their math is if you’re staying 2 people for 2 nights you only need two towels. No bell service so pack light.

The 1st room we were given had “stains and (something” on the bed. Called housekeeping to get new sheets. They came in and immediately told us “y’all need to grab all your stuff and leave this room. You have BEDBUGS”. Packed up.. went downstairs to check in to tell them we were told to get a new room. They were not at all apologetic but did assign us a new room. (New room had only a few working outlets, no mirror outside of the bathroom, and not much better than the last-but no visible signs of bugs). Security came to talk to us. Laughed and said it wasn’t bedbugs (without even seeing the pictures or sheets). Had us fill out paperwork and said would get back to us if it was bedbugs after all. Was fairly belittling even though WE didn’t initially even say “bedbugs”, we were told that!! Never heard anything from the hotel. No check in and definitely no offer of compensation for the trouble (and the unknown of if we are now transporting bugs in our luggage and bedding). Written while scratching!!

The parking garage was absolutely filthy ! The little cafe in the building had a very limited menu and the drinks were not up to par. The Starbucks did not open on time and the one staffer woman said she did not know how to operate the expresso machine, Overheard one staff member say to a guest that they were having problems with thievery on site.

The overall hotel lobby, hallways, restaurants and bathrooms were clean. The pool area was mostly clean. The hotel Staff was very friendly and courteous. The Front Desk staff were not as friendly. There were only two staffers available for check in, long lines. Only one person at Front desk seemed happy to be there. I asked one staffer the Manager’s, she only knew the first and didn’t quite know the last name. I was given the managers card. I contacted the Front Desk Manager and it’s been a week without a response. I had an issue and wished express my concerns. Overall, the best time was spent at the pool! Very nice view and the Pool Staff was awesome.

I was at the casino today, and it was raining outside. Sitting inside in the chair, drops of water fell from the ceiling.

The hotel was great and the food and pool were delicious and relaxing. The only issue I had with my stay was that online it said check in was at 4:00. I texted the concierge to let them know I would not be there until 8 to check in. Upon arrival at 8, I was told my room wasn’t available yet because it hadn’t been cleaned and 4:00 check in times are not guaranteed. Then I asked what time my room would be ready, and they stated they “didn’t know”. I asked if I was even guaranteed a room before 12 am and they stated they couldn’t promise. With nowhere else to go (we drove 7.5 hours), we went to find food and pray our room would be ready soon. At about 9:30, they called me stating the room was ready. I was thankful for the help I received, but had NEVER checked in at a hotel that didn’t let me check in at check in time. It was VERY stressful upon arrival. Other than that, I have no other recommendations.

Staff checked us in and didn't have a room available so we had to wait over 3 hours before getting into the room. Everything was closed by that time and the room had mold on the walls and some weird substance on the wall sheets were dirty.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was amazing. Wish we had time to use the pool as it looked like a good time. But otherwise the room was very clean very big and we enjoyed ourselves. We went to the restaurant the next morning to have breakfast and I will say all of the food was top-tier. We had the biscuits and gravy the breakfast meal and the breakfast burrito excellent choices.

The restaurants were a bit disappointing. I felt mlsled because when we arrived we were informed that a Resort fee had to be added. I DO NOT APPRECIATE that. Casino payouts are tight.

One nice staff member. Decent location. Filthy bathroom. Bad-smelling towels. No soap or body wash. Made 2 front desk requests to fix the problems, but nothing was done about it,

Harrah's did not clean our room or make up our beds in the 3 nights we stayed there. This is the first time in over 60 years that we have stayed in a hotel costing nearly $200 per night and did not get our room cleaned or beds made up. The next time we visit Biloxi MS, we will definitely not stay at Harrah's.
