There was no hot water, the bathroom sink drained, terribly slow. You’ll be staying with a bunch of people who live in the hotel that in all honesty looks like a halfway house, bums and crackheads all over the property at night. It’s really a shame because the location is perfect if ran by owners who cared.

The Motel 6 was clean, and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. The beach is right across the street, and I had a view of it from my room. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was nice the rooms was clean but the ac needed too be gas up with Freon it was hot I. The room until late at night The refrigerator and the amenities need too be updated others than that is was an 4

Halls was hot. Pool was not open from hours posted on signed.

No one was at front desk ended up leaving and lost my money

Our room was very clean. I don't know if all rooms were like ours but we didn't have carpet in our room and I loved that. The hallways were the only downside I noticed, they had a musty smell. Pool looked clean and everything functioned like it should. Staff was very friendly.

When I first arrived the clerk was very nice very friendly. When I got in the elevator to go to the room on the third floor it smelled very bad like somebody was smoking marijuana. The hall to the room was hot it smelled very bad of marijuana. I Spent the night the smell of the marijuana was coming through our room. I called my booking Expedia and reported about the stay of the hotel and requested to get it canceled and moved to another hotel. The reception is from Expedia called the hotel I was at and let her know that I was wanting to cancel and the reason why. I was told to go downstairs and talk to the general manager and discuss about canceling my stay there. The general manager informed me that she was going to charge me a night of stay again which is unacceptable, because I was not there for a whole day I was leaving out before the checkup time which I was downstairs about 8:30 9:00 . I made a frown expression on my face therefore when she saw the expression on my face she changed her mind and said that she would put me in a better room. I told her that would be fine and she asked me to go check out the room first to make sure that one was to my liking. The room was fine so we did change to the the other room.

On the beach 94 degrees outside and excuse after excuse on why the pool was locked! We have a pool, the ph balance is an easy fix, Didn’t rain after noon on Wednesday , no pool, was opened yesterday and then closed again today! Another customer told me he was told they just didn’t want to clean it ! All the other pools in Biloxi was opened!
