Motel 6 Biloxi, MS - Beach

We had an awful stay. Food in our clean bed on arrival. For 3 days they claimed to be "out of towels" The entire property is disgusting and poorly maintained. There is no safe place to cross over the street to the beach. The staff were unfriendly. We weren't able to enjoy the pool area with the kids due to drug use. We just ended our vacation early and headed home to get our family out of there. Do not recommend.

There were plenty of people at this hotel as it was a holiday weekend Very few people’s room including mine were not ready as I was told they were sold out the night before. No big deal we got to our room and it smelled terrible we had to spray everything down with Lysol and still had to go get a candle to even be able to stay in the room. Eventually we couldn’t take it anymore and we left we checked out and drove home Definitely do not recommend this hotel

Clean, and no hanging around people

Lady at the front desk was so nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean, and actually the whole place was. The only negative I have to say is that the room was very small, but all we were doing was using the room to sleep and shower, so it was ok. Will definitely stay again.

This whole hotel had a very strong odor. The room was nothing like the pictures listed on the site. The mattress was on six inches thick and on a board..not a box spring, a board.The walls or paper thin and you could hear dogs barking, people talking and flip flops walking in the hall. There was only two thin pillows on the bed with only thin sheets and no comforter. On the plus side...location was good.My advice..spend the extra money and get something worth it

First we ask for room on first floor but didn't get one then had to move because of maintenance probably ask again said no first floor .then we was ask to leave because we was making to much racket but with 3 kids that's why we want bottom floor but I had no problem leaving i just want half of my money back for Tuesday night but he said he couldn't but that's ok after 11 years ill never stay at Motel 6 again

We enjoyed our overnight stay. We didn’t need much just a clean place to lay our head down for the night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. Overall I have no complaints. Great job!!!

We enjoyed our stay with the Motel 6 Biloxi Beach family. They made us feel at home. From management to guest service to maintenance everyone was nice and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me. We will be returning to share time with our family.

It was great, but the beds are a little bit too hard. I woke up with a back pain.

The check in staff were extremely friendly. Check in was seamless. Our second night there we had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to bed beatles. NOT BED BUGS. The beatles feed off the material of the sheets, bedspread and mattress. I stripped the bed and got “clean” bedding BUT the beatles were worse then. The sheets didn’t smell clean. We changed rooms IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and that room was fine. It smelled clean and the bedding was fresh. Oh, and the key cards don’t work all the time.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and the beds weren’t queen at all they were full room smaller than we expected. Should have said something right away!

The experience started before we even reached our room. The elevator to the second floor was unbearably hot with little to no ventilation. When the elevator doors opened, we were immediately hit with a strong smell of dog urine throughout the second-floor hallway. Combined with the excessive heat and humidity, the odor was overwhelming and made it very unpleasant just walking to our room. Unfortunately, it didn’t get any better once we got inside. We were placed in a pet-friendly room, and the bathroom also smelled like urine. The entire room felt unclean and poorly maintained. The worst part of our stay was the beds. The mattresses were in terrible condition, and after sleeping in them, I woke up with multiple bites and bumps all over my arms that are consistent with bedbug bites. The mattresses appeared worn out and in desperate need of replacement. No guest should have to worry about being bitten while trying to sleep. Having to spend two nights in those conditions after paying as much as we did was incredibly frustrating. The price we paid did not match the quality or cleanliness of the accommodations. My family travels to this area every year, and we’ve stayed at this Motel 6 before. At this point, I believe the property should have been upgraded and better maintained. Loyal customers deserve a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. Sadly, this stay was anything but that, and unless significant improvements are made, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The ac barely worked, there was a big mold spot on the ceiling, burn marks on the tub, elevator was so slow, the hallways were very hot and there is a "11 pm curfew". Even if your just outside smoking a cig by yourself they tell you that you need to go inside. The key card kept needing to be replaced because it kept stop working. Hotel is definitely a little outdated. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
