The location is great. Breakfast was fine,and the sausage gravy especially was better than most hotels’. The room air conditioner cooled efficiently, but it made an annoying continuous whine every single time it cut on.

1) Check-in VERY slow - had to wait over 30 minutes to even speak to a front desk person 2) Gave my room away by mistake? (handicap) 3) Move the cigarette/smoking area AWAY from the ice machine --NASTY--especially bad when someones smoking at the ice machine when getting ice. 4) Room AC units condense water on the sidewalk/walkway outside the room door and all along the walkway -- VERY slippy

We had an overall fantastic experience, the staff were professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and present to assist as needed. House keeping did excellent Everything was fantastic no complaints

That it was directly across the street from the beach. It was close to shopping centers. Staff was very friendly. They advertised queen sized beds but they were full size. Pics of property were old. Place was very dingy.

Was close to the beach and easy outside access.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing.

Location was directly across from the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating . Complimentary breakfast was good. Our initial room on the top floor had a moldy smell. But they moved us down the hall to a more decent room.

Across the street from a clean beach and a wonderful swimming pool. Great breakfast change up breakfast so it's not the same thing served every day

How close it was to the beach The air conditioner barely cooled off the room. It would be on the lowest setting and still blow warm air.

The rooms were very clean, EXCELLENT staff, and walking distance to the beach. Will be coming back.

This is right next to the Coliseum, so convenient for attending concerts. Don’t have to worry about parking and fighting crowds - no DWI either!

The hotel is conveniently located by the coliseum and the beach. The breakfast area is extremely clean and the attendant is friendly and attentive. The $100 deposit in addition to the nightly rate was a surprise. There are property maintenance items that need to be addressed.
