Quality Inn Biloxi Beach

Beds were clean…that’s about all I have to say.

The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. Just a friendly heads-up: there is a $100 refundable room deposit required at check-in. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and the hot shower was perfect after spending the day at the beach. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety and was a great way to start each morning. We also enjoyed the pool it was clean, peaceful, and a wonderful place to relax. My only suggestion is to bring your own pillow if you're used to a little extra comfort. Overall, this hotel offered great value, a fantastic location, and excellent customer service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable place for a family vacation or beach getaway!

Staff is wonderful, especially at check in. Location is good because it is close to the beach. However, this is a really run-down motel. It needs updates badly. My room smelled awful-- like the cleaning staff tried to cover up something. Parking was good, but honestly, I wish I had stayed in a cleaner and more up-to-date place. During the night, I could hear someone is the room next to me puking all night, so there was a "sketchy" vibe. I couldn't wait to check out.

I loved the area it was in I didn’t like the customer service I received from housekeeping due to asking for a towel and the lady just acting as if I ruined her day or something, the bed was hard, and the refrigerator was broke….

We were to be g hete until Saturday 20th, but with Storm Arthur moving inland we decided for safety reason left Friday 19th to head back home. We talked with the front desk lady and she assured us we would be getting the night credit back due to weather related reasons. Our stay was nice and our outings were fun even with the all scary storms. Will be back to this hotel!! Thanks Storm Arthur that was moving in. It got pretty scary a few times for us.

Very friendly staff, clean, affordable

Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. Front desk staff was very nice. We were going to stay another night due to the storm and they said they would charge us $230.00 for 1 extra night. No ty! I'd get a room at the Hardrock before paying that much for the Quality Inn. I will not be back there.

Upper nice location! Breakfast had many choices. Rooms were clean and spacious.
