Best Western Plus Birmingham Inn & Suites

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of options to start the day. I also appreciated having a kitchen, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was dirty. Shower and bathroom were gross. Sheets were damp so we slept on towels.

It was very clean and smelt good. The staff was nice.

Clean room good breakfast

The stay would have been better if staff had responded to a couple of requests for our room, but we did not have anyone respond. However, the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet, which we appreciated.

Everything was excellent except the shower water pressure, which was not great.

Overall this was a great stay. The only issues I had was the Wi-Fi was not strong enough to reach the fourth floor. The other issue I had was the hallway smell. It was kind of stuffy. Very humid

Do not go to this facility if you are a person that gets headaches from particular smells. The lobby smelled wonderful upon arrival, as soon as you get out of the common area- there is a super strong smell of stale cigarette smoke mixed with air fresheners. I couldn’t wait to get back in the car!

Terrible

This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus, but if this stay is a reflection of other sites, it is not my last time! There were 10 of us in two rooms and we could have had more. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of options to sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids had breakfast and it was a normal breakfast. The location was great. I plan to stay here again whenever we visit Alabama.

I stayed for one night a few days ago and the next day I realized my arms, legs, and feet are covered in bug bites 😢. I even have two bites on my face. I regularly stay at Best Western when I travel and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this. There is a sign at the front desk that says they only provide housekeeping if you ask for it; may they need to offer traditional housekeeping services to ensure that the rooms are being cleaned daily. I called to let them know about the bites and the person in the phone was nice and said that they will go to check the room to see if they see any bugs.

No complaints. Got in late, left early, good price.

The room was large and comfortable, very clean and extremely quiet. We didn't hear a thing from rooms above us or on either side. The breakfast was superb--even had my favorite (biscuits and sausage gravy). The staff was helpful, it was an extremely pleasant stay at a reasonable price!

We enjoyed our stay! It was just what we needed for a one-night rest stop. The room was nice & clean, and breakfast was good too!

It was a nice stay the bed was soft, just what I needed for a few nights. The only thing I did not like, was having my room upstairs right across from the lobby, because I can hear everyone coming in and out.
