The staff was honestly hit or miss. They were mostly rude except for the lady who checked us in the first night.

Breakfast was very good No water pressure. Call it a trickle. Live bugs in the bathroom. Phone did not work. No manager at check out. Front desk said she would be in at 9AM. Call hotel several times but no manager on premises. Could not reach a manager until approximately 1PM.

Ceilings were nasty, bathroom wasn't cleaned, leaves in my room from window. Overall not clean or comfortable inside of room.

The coffee was ok. The rooms were dusty, the toilets were clogged in the room and in the lobby. No toilet paper readily available. Poor to non existent cleaning, old food left in stairwell for two days. Elevator door tracks were dirty and barely operable. The room window was filthy.

Upon checkin we inquired as to what floor was usually used for pets. We were told the first floor, but when we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor a room had a pet sign on the door. Since we had someone alergic to cats we asked it if was a dog or cat and they could not tell me. When asked if the room was feather free we were told us but when we got to th room we found a down pillow. Next morning we were told all rooms have one down pillow. The night reception did not seem to be welll informed.

The room and the property was clean and well taken care of. Very quiet. Nice place to stay. Very convenient.

This hotel was so lovely. Staff super sweet. Everything looked and smelled cleaned. Can't wait to return for a longer stay.
