I really enjoyed my stay! The bed was very comfortable!

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and happy to help their guests.

The room was perfect. The bed was amazing!!! They have no ice machines so grab some before you get there

It was loud, above us a child was jumping and running and there was stomping. It went on the whole time we were there

My room or should I say apartment with full sized appliances was so clean and comfortable!

When we got into our room, we went to take a shower and there were bottles for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner and after I already was in the shower, I went to pump the shampoo and it was completely empty along with the body wash. The sink was filled with dirt and nasty. We tried to call the front desk about the shampoo and stuff and the phone wouldn’t work. The soap bar on the bathroom sink were already opened.

The property looks nice on the outside but was not as clean on the inside.. It has a smell and the carpet is not as clean in the hallways. Overall the stay was Ok.

I was overcharged 2 days in a row both were 20 dollars more than what they told me. And tried to tell them but I guess they didn’t understand me.

Disappointing stay, Expedia rating doesn't match hotel condition or pics. The interior looks run down, and the room was poorly maintained with dirty sheets and frayed, stained carpets. Staff were unavailable whether I called or went down to the desk. The only redeeming quality was the amazing off-site YMCA access. Would not stay again.

Upon arrival at the hotel at approximately 2am the Front Desk Clerk was no where to be found. There was a sign on the desk with a number to call for assistance, we called it and it rang to the phone at the desk. After 10 mins. She came out of a hotel room directly across from the front desk very disheveled as if she were sleeping apologizing saying she was checking on her family in the room. We had 2 rooms, different room types in which she confirmed but when I arrived to my room it was not what I booked, I go back to the front desk now she's acting clueless about the room types. I show her my reservation & she now says it was input wrong and they didn't have my room type available. While assisting me she's on her cellphone talking, a guest comes up during this interaction and says hes checking out as if I wasn't standing there talking to the Clerk so I turned around & told him a few things and when I turn back around she's looking at me crazy face frowned up. I told her don't look at me like that she proceeds to say she 37yrs old don't tell her what to do and thats where the argument started. I never received my room, I go back to the wrong room since my type wasn't available only to find toe nails, finger nails, other debris, hair, a Bobby pin in the floor. Finallytried to lay down at 3:30am as i had to be up at 5:30 for a graduationand the refrigeratorstarts howling nonstop untilmy husband unplugged it.
