The location was right where we needed it to be. The room wasn't that clean, the halls were dated and the carpets were dirty. There was a toothbrush from a previous tenant left in our room, we only stayed one night so we dealt with it

It was very easy to get to all downtown restaurants. Many in walking distance. The parking was great as well Bathroom somewhat small but nice and clean.

We went back downstairs to ask for another room and provide details of what we’ve seen so they gave us another room, but this one wasn’t too much better during the night as we made a trip to the bathroom we discovered there were roaches so needless to say this review is not a very good one. The staff were very, very accommodating and very nice and friendly and the front appearance in lobby of the hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. However, once we stepped into the elevator and hallway, that was a different story. There were stains on the floors in the elevator and spilled drinks, that led up into our rooms.

I liked the that the hotel had a restaurant onsite and was very close to other restaurants. I didn't like having to pay for parking but it wasn't a huge issue.

The staff the room cleaning was horrible. Just changed towels. Very bad.

Excellent customer service as always and staff was wry courteous and friendly. Room and breakfast was fantastic!

We loved the friendly staff, clean and exceptional room as well as location. I liked everything, however if you need to use the provided washers/dryers , be sure to bring quarters… I say this because the desk clerk was not always able to give change.
