Exactly what's expected from Hilton

My room’s refrigerator was not working and my air was out for two days. I called amf filed a

Lady at front desk was very rude to us. Will not stay there again

The room was very clean and quiet. There was something going on with a group of people, so luckily our room was away from them. Place is amazing, as always. Will visit again.

There is a $50 incidentals fee charged upon check-in. There is also a $20 charge for parking which comes out of your incidentals fee. There is a restaurant on site, and we were told at check-in that the breakfast from 6-10am was complimentary, so we planned on grabbing breakfast on our way out. It was not complimentary and the cheapest item was a kids meal for $9. By this time it was too late for us to go anywhere else.

Room had issues with cleanliness, offensive AC machine, and a loud hallway.

No response. I was not happy or satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The man at the front desk the evening I got there was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was tired from long work day and he made sure my check in was easy and expedited efficiently and smoothly. The housekeeping manager and staff were very helpful and kind and so was the Bartender downstairs. He was slammed and handled it in a calm, professional manner. I will stay here again when in town.

I loved my stay here. The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was pretty clean. The bedding was comfy. Wish the pillows had firmness. I was close to downtown and everything was no less than ten mins away. Would definitely stay there again

Great bar and food

My daughter and I stayed here for her UAB orientation, and our room was spacious and well-kept. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day on campus. The on-site dining, though offering a limited menu, had delicious options, and we were happy we chose to eat in rather than venture out, tired and in search of food. The pool area was beautiful, and we wished we could have enjoyed it, but the chilly, unpredictable weather kept us away. The hotel’s proximity to UAB makes it an easy choice, and we’ll definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter during her time at school.

None of the staff were friendly. Right at check in, the receptionist had major attitude. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious.

Pool was filthy. Was charged $20 at pantry for 2 pops. Staff was rude and on there phones.
