Could Not provide me a printed receipt at the desk. Email receipt I received simply said no charge. But I had put down a $20 required deposit that I never used and I don't know if I was refunded that or not. Parking garage was confusing not knowing which exit to take to get back to the hotel. I ended up on them backside of the building which was quite dark and homeless folks walking around. A simple map would help Travelers. Breakfast was the same as breakfast at any hotel but they were out of coffee cups and it took a while to get them. Room was clean and appeared to be set up for wheelchair which I'm not in, but that was ok. However, the faucet in the sink was quite loose. The toggles to turn lamps on and off hard to find and I see okay. And could not reach the bedside lamp toggle while lying in bed.

Everything went well during our stay. Only thing I have to say is I would have preferred they had biscuits instead of English muffins for breakfast. Other than that I would definitely book here again!

Adding insult to injury, the self-service laundry room was completely out of order. And the machines only accept coins, and require 12 quarters per use.
