Wonderful stay, large room, great breakfast, and only a short distance from Coca Cola amphitheatre !

The hotel shares a lobby with another hotel, so the beginning was a bit confusing. The front desk staff can help the guests for both hotels and they cleared the confusion. The amenities are very nice, and the hotel is right near the railway park.

Everything was great! All of the staff were friendly.

To make matters worse, Hotels.com kept hanging up on her when she did try to take the call. Once we finally got everyone connected and the reservation sorted, a significant amount of time had passed. We missed our dinner reservation and lost daylight to explore the town. We then spent another hour and a half to two hours on the phone with Hotels.com trying to get a refund. They refused. We told them we would dispute the charge with our credit card company, and only then did they offer a small partial refund along with a voucher to use them again. We will not be using them again. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, the food was the best. The kitchen staff and front desk associate were both genuinely kind. She was clearly doing her best in an understaffed situation and deserved more support than she had. Oh, parking we never had it explained to us where to park or how to in the gated area, and we couldn’t connect to the WiFi because we couldn’t be found in the system.

Good afternoon, It was my grandaughter’s bday I got the room so she could have fun and swim, to find out the pool was out of service, and we switched from room 249 to 250 because the air was not working at 1145 pm ! What a bad experience! I hope no one else encounters this! The staff were really nice even though I was upset both male managers didn’t get out of character at all ! I apologize for angry but I spent almost 300 for one night just for my grand babag to have fun in the pool!!!

Clean room and great location.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly, super helpful extremely nice. The rooms were clean very spacious. The outside areas were more than enough inside their games. Plenty of space. This is excellent. We will stay here again.

The comfortable beds That we checked in at 4 am and were unable to get a late checkout.

Breakfast was fine, breakfast workers were extremely nice & helpful Upon arrival, the bed clearly wasn't made up which I complained about (& I have pictures) & was told to just get the other blankets under the cabinet. I then went downstairs to actually show them pictures of the bed. The lady did call housekeeping to have it fixed, but all they did was strip the bed, never to return to abrasive make it. That was disappointing to have to make a bed that I WAS PAYING FOR, that's not my job. That's why I paid toy guys, train staff to do better & drop the attitudes because it's busy, that comes with the job.

I told the staff that the body wash was empty, but I didn't bring it, so I went down to the lobby and took it.· The water in the shower doesn't come out well, and even if it's completely submerged, the water drops and splashes on the bathroom floor.· The kitchen sink doesn't drain well.·

The bed was super comfortable. The first day I asked for extra pillows and received them almost immediately.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping, were phenomenal. They all were kind and attentive, professional and hospitable. Want to do something to let them know how much they are appreciated. Next time give me 4 days Free

Was a very nice and clean place to stay. The staff were wonderful, and was very close to everything we needed.
