I love the ambiance, location, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was beautiful. The facilities were clean and I appreciate having water, coffee, and ice available on our room level. The staff were super quick to respond when we called. I also like that check in and check out was so seamless. We booked through booking.com so we didn't get the check in info. But we had the number to call so it wasn't a big deal. I'm not sure if there is any handicap accessibility. It looks like a historical building, but for some people the lack of an elevator might be difficult.

Simplicity and great on business if you need a place to rest your head. Be mindful of several flights of stairs. A unique stay experience. Rooms are clean, free parking by the hotel and very business friendly.

Very comfy beds. Rooms are cool. Showers not so much. Very confusing handles and weak pressure. Decent location, good brewery and cocktail bar on same street.

Loved this hotel! The location was great close to lots of restaurants and cocktail bars. The hotel is well appointed and quiet. Love all the details they put into the design. It really feels like you stepped back in time with modern conveniences.

PROS: property is nicely renovated, very clean, decorated very nice. Very responsive to calls! CONS: THERE ARE NO STAIRS!!! This is like an Airbnb/hotel hybrid. No front desk, self check in with a code. Nice but no frills. Free parking half a block a way…but it isn’t lit the best.

This is a lovely, quiet boutique hotel in a transitional area of Birmingham. Easy and free street and lot parking right near front door. Rooms are lovely and basic. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. There are no closets -only a clothes rack- which is fine except there were no hangers. Biggest complaint is the lack of decent coffee. With the charm and price of this hotel, I’d suggest at least a better elevated coffee service.
