Staff were incredibly nice, helpful and very professional. The front desk and Bar tender were super courteous. However, the property is due a renovation. I’ve stayed here several times. Some rooms are excellent. Some, not so much.

Exceptional

Very nice stay and enjoyed the convenience of the hotel location to great food and entertainment!

Where do I begin? The location was fine and located in a good area. The issues started when we entered the room. There was a cup of what appeared to be cola placed in the coffee maker. I took a picture of this and showed the front desk saying "I do not want anything" and showed the pic for reference. The person at the front desk and was asked to mail it to her. When we used the shower the floor was wet (on issue here)....I wiped the floor to make sure it was not slippery....the towel was black actually black. I showed this picture to the front desk and again emailed the pic to her. Other the dirty coffee cup, black bathroom floor it was ok. Oh....wait, the air conditioner blows on the bed which was not overly comfortable. Finally, be prepared for the drag racing outside your window on the street side until 3am. Really not happy however if these points do not bother you you will have a good time.

Good location and room fit for purpose although could do with updating. The valet and receptionist that we engaged with were helpful and friendly. Breakfast. We were 2 of 3 guests waiting for breakfast. We waited for a while and a member of staff did not show up to take our order. We ended up leaving and purchasing breakfast elsewhere. A disappointment when it was included in our stay.

Everything! Close to food shops and pet much everything downtown. Maybe invest in some sound proof glass because it was busy and loud pretty much all night, and we were on the 7th floor.

Friendly helpful staff and quiet hotel. However the hotel shows signs of wear. Torn carpets, faded curtains, room smelled as little musty. Staff were kind and switched me to another room due to smell and tv not working.

Exceptional

Noisy, noisy, noisy!!! could not sleep either night, motorcycles and racing cars running up and down the street all night. call front desk to call the police to stop it but it continued as the person on the desk said nothing they could do.

Pleasant

Very limited selections. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I am a fruit lover and it would have been nice to have a refrigerator to keep fruit and water in. The restaurant was very limited in selections. Some food on the limited menu was not available. Hotel parking was not sufficient. I utilized valet parking and the attendants were great, however parking a bit expensive at $40 daily. For the cost of the room valet should have been included.

What A Great Hotel…. Plenty of street parking and food options. Chic Area.. 9/10 for sure …also . Breakfast was Extremely reasonable and delicious….

Beautiful decor. Great location! Everyone was friendly.

Veneer looked like it should feel fancy, rich, luxurious but it feels very average in real life. Not quality fixtures, staff very run of the mill. No extra level of care and service. Lot of talking shop loudly. Room also fell below expectations of looks.

Very friendly front desk staff. The room was big and clean. Valet staff was very friendly.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was pleasant. We only stayed one night but would definitely consider staying again if I was in Birmingham.

Really nice and affordable hotel. As a Memphian, please be aware that their hot honey wings are just buffalo sauce and honey lol. Staff were helpful. In a fairly safe location as well.

Great and informative staff. Room was clean, but you could tell it was a bit old. A little dusty so it made me stuffy, but my stay was great overall.
