Excellent downtown location with great valet service. We were there one night but the room had a very modern look and was very close to the areas we went, which made our trip very efficient.

The hotel was beautiful overall, the staff was very nice an accommodating. We had to move rooms 3 times. First room has issues with the AC. Second room had mold growing on the drywall above the shower. Third room was great, but was very inconvenient to have to move all of our stuff to 3 different rooms. The area was not great, lots of homeless in the area. Not the safest for walking around. Valet was very expensive and there was really no other option for parking.

Great spot to stay when attending concerts at Truliant amphitheater

Never ate brfeakfast. It was expensive and the staff were not very helpful. staff was not attentive and it was difficult to tell how you got any service

Nice place

It was very unique. The staff at the Moonshine Bar wouldn’t tell you the price on the drinks before you were charged, they also will allow others to charge and close out your tabs, they were not prepared for the volume of people with adequate supplies like alcohol or food. The housekeepers would come knock on your door an hour and a half before checkout time and then come every 30 minutes after you have told them that you would be checking out by 11:00 a.m which was the checkout time. The AC in the room would not keep the room cool at night.

Friendly staff but to be honest we arrived late after 10:30 and left at 6:30am so that’s all we had chance to experience !! But great welcome and very comfortably rooms Didn’t get the chance to explore it unfortunately!

Good

The Hotel does not have a business center. I like to gather my thoughts then type them out. I usually like to either be in a business center of the hotel or an area that has a table or two off the lobby. This hotel did not have it. My room had an elevated credenza that I could have used but the mounted TV was directly above it. Except for that, the Elyton Hotel was a great choice. The rooftop bar/lounge Moon Shine was very accommodating and staffed with some fun people as well!

Charged for room purchases I didn’t make and calling customer service sucked - no help at all - calling hotel no help - no one wants to take responsibility! Sad and gonna share Overcharged and talking to A 1 for customer service sucks

Parking was very expensive. No ice machines. The A C seemed weak and staff didn't seem to know how to operate the thermostat either confidently.

I want to thank Juan the manager and the whole staff for taking care of us. I have recommended staying here to all my friends and family.
