I ate at the restaurant and had drinks at the bar. The staff was great and very nice. The valet staff was also very welcoming. I had a great check in experience and my room was nice and clean

AC in my room was not working at night, but did start the next day. Hotel had a massive water leak you could hear in the elevator shaft, and it flooded the fitness room. Standing water in the fitness room right next to electrical plugs from treadmills.

There isnt much around if you dont have a car. We enjoyed our stay.

I chose the hotel because of the rooftop bar. The website said it was open 7 days a week. We arrived and it was closed on Sundays. The staff could not have cared less. Completely uninterested at all that the website totally mislead me.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We were able to walk to several locations. We felt safe. The staff were all nice and helpful.

The bed was the best hotel bed I've had in a while, but that's where the good ends. The room and bathroom were gross (other people's hair everywhere in the bathroom and crumbs all over the floor and chair) even though they had been "cleaned." The lobby and elevator floors were also really gross.

This hotel is over 100 years old and it seems like they haven't made one upgrade since it's opening. We had a freezing cold shower and the neighborhood was very sketchy at best. Really disappointing property but the staff was super friendly.

Great staff everyone was courteous and helpful, food was very good, great location to Alabama Theater, Facility needs updating. The flash flood kept us from enjoying the rooftop bar
