Very convenient, nice location. Hotel was clean and orderly. Parking was difficult and during the day the room temp was a little warm; however, over night it was great.

We loved this hotel. Place was beautifully decorated, clean and conveniently located downtown. Church bells rang at 5:00 every night which was a plus for us. Breakfast was good just got sparse if you come too late. Valets were friendly, professional and helpful. Front desk staff had great recommendations and were wonderful upon check in and out. We would stay here again

The shower had mold or dirt grout. The bed was too soft. Other than that everything else was good

I will start with all the great things about this property. When checking in, the staff was helpful and very nice. I chose to utilize the valet parking for peace of mind. It was a bit pricey but worth it to me. The room I stayed in was newly update and beautiful. One thing I noticed is how quiet the hotel is. I rarely heard anyone in the hall. I had no issues with the climate controls and the shower always had hot water. Breakfast is served on the top floor and has a variety of things to choose from. The coffee is pretty good. The hotel is undergoing a renovation so there is not a resturaunt on site at this time, but from what I can see, when it is completed its going to be nice. There are plenty of places to eat within the area. The only reason I did not give my stay 5 stars is because on my last day all of my toiletries were taken from my room by housekeeping. I wasn't happy when I returned to my room and noticed everything but my toothbrush was missing. I talked to the front desk who tried to help but there wasn't much they could do. I did have to brave a sketchy walmart to replace a few things. I had an extremely early flight so I wasn't able to call until I got home. I am still pending someone contact me. I really like this hotel and I hope they will try to fix my issue. Thank you

Parking is NOT free unless you want to park on the street where there are a bunch of homeless people walking around and sleeping. You’re basically forced to park VIP which is almost $40 per night. The shower head in our room didn’t work. Not once did we ever see the cleaning crew. No one came to replace the trash bags or clean the room during our stay which was only over the weekend but we were never even offered clean towels. The breakfast was ok but was what I’d expected. The hotel overall is nice with those few exceptions. Not sure if I’d stay again. I’ll most likely look for a place with better parking.

The property really needs some work. The rooms were not clean. We had issues with the linens. There was no one who could handle the linen problem. You are forced to valet park and ur is difficult to maneuver. You must be tech savvy to utilize the valet. The only benefit was its proximity to the event we were attending.

Great location. The double queen room was nice and clean when we arrived. The staff were very accommodating.

Excelente hotel

Valet staff was polite and kind. The room was spacious, updated and well kept. The snack/coffee/gift shop were not available for guests. Additionally, the hotel is not in a good part of town. Once in hotel we felt safe but not advisable to walk to other places from hotel.
