Location Broken room door latch, running toilet noise, pricey valet rate
-
Nice hotel but not worth the money. No complementary breakfast , no guest wifi pay only. No microwave to warm food. Staff doesn't notify you that your parking is 20.00 dollars a day. So if you go to food, shopping or any other places be ready to pay. Their are not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The desk top stains on it ..also night stand .. Very disappointed with the Western in Birmingham Alabama

I used to love this hotel when it first opened in 2013. Problem is that Marriott and hotel ownership have completely ignored the place since. It is TIRED and dingy in pretty much all areas and does not feel or smell clean.

The location is great. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The bar closed at 930 on a Saturday night.

It was a great stay really enjoyed the experience

I loved being able to go downstairs and have coffee and a small breakfast snack to start my day. It was a nice little place to sit and people watch! It was very clean and the facility convenient.

Definitely a note for travelers is to call way ahead for your valet car! It takes them 30 min at least to retrieve your car as a routine. Otherwise the hotel is great. Also be prepared for the local bike riders to harass you on the street if you are two women alone or alone. Be smart! We were followed as a mom and daughter. It’s not a place to explore outside the hotel. They have four restaurants right outside that are great choices.

very nice staff There was no food available. Need a restaurant in house. Sent over to the Sheraton for breakfast. The bartender placed our order. Terrible service, basically not familiar with food service. Food was horrible. Avocado toast & coffee for two was $60 and it wasn't even fresh avocado, just avocado sauce.

Staff was exceptional. Very few selections for room service and some of those were not available late.
