Sheraton Birmingham Hotel

Pool permanately closed. Freeway noise all night long was disruptive to sleep. Minimal food and beverage options

The service and staff are terrible

The hotel and staff was excellent and hotel was wonderful. Booking was not. My rooms were not reserved as paid for and expected so the wonderful staff at the Sheraton managed to find rooms for us and accommodate us. My complaint was sent in to booking and I hope to get this resolved soon.

Convenient, clean, modern and overall great stay

Room was not clean as well as expected. Bathroom floors had uncleaned areas as well as the night stand was stain with food from previous guest.

Used booking.com and got a terrible rate. Have to pay extra to use internet or join their loyalty club to get for free. Tv connection just spun and never played. Miss poor considering the rate we paid. And no free breakfast of any kind.

This hotel was nice.

So disappointed in this Sheraton Inn. The traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. There was a noise cancelling machine in the room but even at the highest setting, the noise was unbearable. The food at the restaurant was very expensive and more like a tv dinner. The hotel overall needed a good cleaning and some updating. We’ve stayed at many Sheraton Inn’s around the country and always enjoyed the stay until this trip. Choose a different hotel if you can.

It was a long walk to where we going but still good

We arrived at 4:00 pm to check in and waited in line to check in for 45min finally get to check in and they have no room

Perfect! Family of four and loved it!

Close, walking distance to Coca-Cola Amphitheater and very friendly staff. Very loud. No free wi-fi without membership (which I had trouble with trying to sign up). No pool.

Everything about the property was nice. The bed was very comfortable The ice machine on my floor didn’t work. We had only one staff member that was rude. Everyone else was wonderful

Enrique at consumer services was awesome. He made sure we were taken care of, and went above and beyond to make sure we
