Convenient to the convention center

The hotel was upscale, modern, clean, nicely decorated, and one block from Legacy Arena where my event was. It felt safe and the staff were friendly. Parking garage was connected via a skywalk and nice inside corridors. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. I would stay here again, especially for an event at Legacy Arena.

Room was clean. It had some updates, but the toilet seat was broken & the curtains were broken in bedroom area. & oh the traffic noise from outside!!!

Fire alarm went off in middle of night several times for 30 minutes at a time

How close it was to the venue Little lighting in room. I had to pay twice the rate because a concert was in town. And for me to pay $300+ dollars for one night to have a scrappy view of the roof of the hotel. To make things worse Booking.com said valet parking was $29 and I had to pay $43. Then when I was checking out I asked about how do I pay valet, front desk told me at the valet window. Finally got though the line at valet and tbey said I could have paid one time on my cc at the desk when I paid for my room.

The rooms weren’t as updated as expected for the type of hotel and price. It was, however, super convenient to the convention center where we attended a concert. I’d definitely stay again for connivence.

The breakfast is not complimentary. There is an additional fee. It is $20 per person I believe.

Pool permanately closed. Freeway noise all night long was disruptive to sleep. Minimal food and beverage options

The service and staff are terrible

The hotel and staff was excellent and hotel was wonderful. Booking was not. My rooms were not reserved as paid for and expected so the wonderful staff at the Sheraton managed to find rooms for us and accommodate us. My complaint was sent in to booking and I hope to get this resolved soon.
