The sheets had stains. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked water. They leave the AC off and windows open, so the room was 89° when arriving. Rust everywhere. Outlets were hanging out of the wall. Pictures were deceiving. Carpet and floors not cleaned. Cable television had poor signal.

Old. Rundown. Dirty. Smelly. Dangerous. Our room smelled like urine. Bathroom door would not close. Would never risk my life to stay here again.

Mr Lee allowed me to check in early. He was nice and accommodating. theres some bad odor inside the room

As soon as I walked in to check in, a man who was clearly under the influence of heavy drugs followed me inside and tried to start a conversation with me. He then began banging on the receptionist’s window. When the receptionist came out, he was extremely rude and initially assumed that I was a prostitute. He only changed his attitude once he realized I was a mother traveling with children who just needed a few hours of rest. While this was happening, two more men who also appeared to be heavily intoxicated showed up near the entrance, making the situation feel even more unsafe. The condition of the property itself was just as bad. The smell hits you the moment you step inside — a foul odor that literally burns your lungs. Unfortunately, it does not improve once you get to the room, which was outdated, run-down, and poorly maintained. The booking was nonrefundable, and it quickly became obvious why. The moment you pull into the property, you understand exactly what kind of place it is. I honestly cannot believe a place in this condition is allowed to remain open, especially in such a dangerous area right off the highway. This is absolutely not safe for travelers, particularly anyone unfamiliar with the area, women traveling alone, or families with children.

Nothing, the staff was friendly thats about it THAT ROOM WAS HORRIBLE! I wish I could get a damn refund. The floors was stained, the sofa stained, the mattress stained, the SHEETS stained, the TOWELS stained!!! The water was brown and had to run for a minute to clear. The bed smelled like mildew, the room look like someone died in it. I was even scared to open the refrigerator because I thought it'll be horrible (surprised it was the cleanest thing in the room). The tub had built up soap on it. Me and my boyfriend slept on top of the sheets and used our shirts as pillowcases. They need to shut this place down and do some serious renovations.

Nothing everything - shitty place - dirty - stinking

Good highway access.

The building was not welcoming for tired travelers spending money for being away from home. Perhaps there are those with low expectations of their surroundings and themselves who would have no problems. Someone should take pride in the place for all man kind.

No customer service. No coffee, no coffee pot. Floor & furniture were filthy. Bed very uncomfortable.

I liked that the facility was 2 miles from the entertainment I was in town for. We had to change rooms 2 times during our 2 day stay: first room's toilet was clogged and the 2nd room doesn't have proper working heat. We were cold for that night because I didn't wanna chance getting another room with anything else wrong with it.
