Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center

Pool area is very run down with slick floors throughout most of the area. Carpet was peeling up in most areas. Tub in room was not cleaned and my front door didn’t lock properly. Huge safety concern while traveling with 2 littles.

It looks like they were doing some renovations a little bit of it was messed up my room itself was clean and tidy the breakfast was good it looked like the pool area was nice and cat

No attention to the outside. Garbage everywhere. Some gross items that dont need to be named Definitely needs some attention. Staff was friendly. But would not return

Pool closing at 10 is early. Adults like the later hours with no kids in the vacinity. Consider longer pool hours. Breakfast decent, if people clean up.

The pool makes the place right now. Obvious they are doing renovations. We will come back. I bet it will be great when it’s done. Let people know you have continental breakfast.

Air conditioner didn't work, place was scattered with old furniture, elevator smelled odd.

Wish the hot tub was fixed and the waterside was open longer

Property has improved. Only complaint is no shelves in the shower.

This place is fun!!! Did this as a quick stop on our way home from Coeur D’Alene Idaho 5 adults, 1 85lb dog, 2 motorcycles, and an SUV with a u-haul. Tons of parking. The rooms are clean and updated. The indoor water park and arcade is a kid’s dream (for a one night stay). The lounge is a funky 70s pool haul it’s really neat great place to hangout. Breakfast is complimentary and had a decent biscuits and sausage gravy. Don’t let the older exterior fool you this is a fun place you’d talk about after your trip! Thank you!

We base our hotel choice on pool and the picture on the site is NOT current. The large slide and the hot tub were not working.

Everything is very good and good place to rest.

Very friendly staff, economical even for poolside room, pool area was struggling with pool needing painting and slide repair but tough time of year to do that with busy season, overall very nice!

This place was rundown and gross. Booked this place for the cool slide and hot tub... And even paid for a poolside room but the hot tub was half full with disgusting water and the main slide was out of order. The room has stains all over the ceiling, floor tiles coming up, hair on the pillow, and nasty corners. Don't stay here.

This property is in need of a major overhaul. It used to be one of the best around but has fallen drastically. My room was not prepared for a visitor. The tv stand and desk were pulled away from the wall as it appeared they were working on them. The TV did not work and neither did the AC. The temperature in the room was well into the 80's. I ended up leaving at midnight to another motel. A disappointing visit to the Bismarck Hotel and Convention Center.

You don’t want me telling other people about my experience at your hotel. After messed up reservations after messed up reservations, we got into room that the shower was full of hair and things were a portable air conditioner that didn’t keep the room cold or cool. I know you’re going to renovations, but I was very disappointed.

This place was fantastic in its prime, and a great place to stay with families. It's a shame that the facility is this neglected.

This hotel is aging and falling apart. It is old and not very well kept up. The pool is nasty and the slide was broken during our stay. The rooms are clean but falling apart. Some updates need to be made.
