Location was good. I played in the McQuades tournament and couldn’t get back by checkout and the communication was not good about that.

Very good value, very nice overall. There was an Applebee’s a short distance away. The breakfast was decent.

This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.

Bed comfortable Alot of things weren't fixed correctly and holes in walls and tile grout everywhere.

Kids were so excited to go swimming but the pool was freezing cold, they weren’t able to swim. Shower drain was plugged, water was backed up waiting to drain. Hole in the wall around one of the outlets. Sheetrock crumbling by the elevators. Tried to buy some snacks from the front desk but waited a long time & no one came. Parking lot is small & hard to maneuver around on a busy weekend.

Laundry facilities were out of order. No safe in the room.

My biggest complaint is booking.com. I paid for 2 rooms. We were told that the booking.com card to pay the hotel was declined. We couldn't contact anyone at booking.com with out a pin # which we were never provided. We had to them pay for a other room out of pocket. Can't see me using this site again. See above

Comfortable beds, clean, spacious Keys didn’t work great, had to get them reprogrammed, the pool is not kid friendly and cold, there’s no hot tub.

The room was just ok. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the tub was clogged. We called the front desk to see if they could unclog the drain. They ended up putting us in a different room. And that tub was worse. So we didn’t shower and ended up going to a truck stop the next morning to clean up before continuing on our road trip 😞

Room was clean. Tub was gross and didn’t drain. Pool was closed and the breakfast was very poor and they ran out fast. You could smell skunk from the housekeepers area. Over all just a low ok.

Better security in a sense as key cards weren’t working on side doors to building and the lock on the room door was broke off.

Staff was friendly. It was hard to find, as their main sign is covered. It used to be another hotel. I think they recently rebranded the property. Breakfast was basic but okay. The room was clean. The shower drain was backed up a bit. I forgot to advise before leaving.

The room was dirty, the night front desk staff could not figure out how to get us another box of Kleenex, the TV guide didn't work so we had to just go up and down one channel at a time blindly, the morning breakfast was awful. For breakfast the pot labelled "hot water" was ice cold, there was one napkin for the guests, the food choices were bad. Other guests must have also been disgusted because nobody was in the dining room. When I mentioned the hot water and napkin problem to the morning front desk person he didn't try to help, he just said the kitchen staff had not shown up that day. Since breakfast is part of what we were paying for, we felt we had been deceived. We left and went to a restaurant for breakfast. I will post many bad reviews for this hotel and I will never return, it was awful!

We stay in a lot of hotels and this shower was the absolute best! This hotel is great!
