The room was clean, staff was great.

This is a very simple hotel in Bismarck near the mall. It isn't fancy at all. The hotel was just ok. I didn't try the breakfast. The elevators were really slow and had a weird door on them. The cleaning staff didn't clean or check on my room once during my stay. I didn't love the neighborhood at night or the hotel, but it was cheap and functional.

The scrambled eggs were cut from a McDonalds like tube of processed egg. The place is run down. Mold in bathroom, towel rack fell off wall, water all over elevator floor from swimming pool participants, slow bathroom sink drain, outer drapes not working properly.

Good location

The bed was comfy and the room was a good temp Dead flies on the floor, the shower leaked, black mold in the shower, very dim lighting at the sink, HORRIBLE parking for pickup trucks(very small one way drive-in parking lot and TINY parking spaces), very very noisy surroundings (could hear stomping, running, shower, etc. like it was in the room with me)

The cleanliness. The surfaces in the room and bathroom were not clean. Excessive mildew/mold in the bathtub/shower.

Bathroom had mold in bathtub area. Strong scent of room refresher as we entered room. Many people hanging outside of area businesses.

Everything was very average

Great hotel and you would definitely stay there again.Parking was tough as a lot of contractors with trailers occupied numerous spots. We did get the last spot in the parking lot, otherwise we would’ve had to hunt for a spot on the street or elsewhere.

Terrible experience. The front desk staff couldn’t find the reservation since it was booked through Expedia and basically told me I was out of luck. After 20 minutes I finally located the confirmation number they could not find and then they gave me a room key. There was someone else in the room they gave me a key for who I unintentionally walked in on! The entire facility is very run down and not clean. Would never stay here again.

Several things like soap dispensers were broken. For a room with two queen beds we were given two towels which was stingy. Tub was peeling and kind of worn out. Pool was tiny and water was kind of dirty. Carpets were stained. Smelled of very strong carpet scented cleaner which seemed like it was covering up how dirty it was.

Breakfast was poor. Cramped space. No juice. Unusable butter.

Friendly front desk staff. Room was extremely dirty. Floor was sticky in spots, leaves and dirt all over. Also some left over trash on the ground from the previous guest. Bed was also not great.

Rooms are dated. Thermostat did not work. Breakfast was adequate however they ran out of items. Bed was comfortable

This is a clean well maintained place to stay in Bismarck.
