The lady who checked us in was amazing and so friendly I believe her name was Karen, The breakfast lady was always busy restocking. Only suggestion would be change up from sausage everyday to maybe bacon. The room we had, had a very distinctive smokers odour to it, I just took in some car freshness and used some odor ban along with 2 more air fresher. The cleaning lady did say infused tobe a smoking room 20yrs ago....maybe use some kilz paint on the walls. Help stop the smoke smell bleeding thru

The suite was very nice and had plenty of room. The staff was helpful and we certainly enjoyed our breakfast. It had everything we needed.

Did have a confusing sign in the bathroom to please hang up the towels, however there was no place to hang them. The lamps where too few and too small for the suite we were in. Suggest getting better lighting and perhaps more electrical outlets. We managed but with two cpap machines and phones to plug in we used everything available.

Good location, clean, really nice room and good breakfast. What more could u want???

This is a nice hotel, room was comfortable but I think the shining light of our stay was the friendly staff! Cody, at the front desk, was very accommodating to our needs and even though it was busy at check in time, with a line of 4 or 5 people, he was efficient, helpful and friendly with each one of us.

We had a very nice stay. It was overnight so we didn’t use some of the amenities. We have stayed here before and have been pleased every time

The refrigerator in the room desperately needed defrosting. I would advise putting an extra light blanket in the closet in every room. The comforters are too warm for many guests. I liked the idea of having little packets of cheese for breakfast. The fresh bananas, not overripe were good. Many motels don’t have the fresh bananas. Need towel racks in bathrooms to hang up used towels.

Property/staff, etc was very good - but there's ALWAYS room for improvement!
