The only things that were nice were the pub across the street and convenience to I94.

I liked that the spa tub was linked to the outdoor pool by a large open garage door.

Everything was good… Not great… But wasn’t expecting great. Fair price for the property.

close to UMary and food was the only perk.

This was our second time staying here.. last year it was great! This time.. not so much! Hot tub wasn’t working- not clean around the pool area- room had no Kleenex when we got there- no room cleaning or anything for our 3 night stay- room not very clean- stinky- musty- hallway near our room was very stinky.. made us all nauseous.. sadly I do t think we will be back 😑

Ask for shampoo and never got any

We did not have AC, bathroom had no soap. No AC, soap in bathroom, provide alternate AC. we had to sleep in 81 degree temp.

Nice location, close to mall and food I don’t like that there is not a better selection of tv channels or ppv

Staff gave no info at check in, only one room key, even though they asked for the name of the other adult. Room was just ok, but the bathroom had water damage and mold in the caulking, no fan. Outside pool was nice but they were out of towels so elevator and floors were covered in water. Front of the hotel had some sketchy looking people every time I left. Then for 3 hours in the evning/night, someone was in and out of their room, slamming the door and talking loudly every 15 minutes. The A/c turned on so loudly, that between that and the hallway noises, I barely slept. I would not recommend this place for families or for people who can't sleep through a ton of noise.

Room did not have a normal ac in the room. Had a portable one which was out of the normal.

Liked the room price. Brrakfast was weak. Coffee tasted awful - it was just brown water, juice was watered down. Terrible tasting. Waffle makers were out of service. Eggs tasted poorly. We'd recommend you don't offer breakfast anymore due to these issues.

Breakfast was alright, typical continental breakfast. The coffee was out both mornings so that was a bummer. Overall, what you would expect for this price, although I still feel it was a little overpriced. Had I known how it was going to be, I would have paid the extra $20/night for a better room at a different place.

We had no towels in our room, but the front desk was quick to bring them. The thermostat wouldn’t adjust in the room, thankfully it was cool enough to sleep. Breakfast was a disappointment, no waffle mix, not much variety in muffins or pastries. Didn’t bother with the hot dishes because the coffee was empty when we went down. Bed was comfy and clean.

I didn't have time for breakfast, but the check in was very slow. We had to wait for 20 min, as nobody was there in the middle of the day.

This place was filthy. From the dirty glass as you walk in the front entrance to the used waxy q-tip on the floor in bathroom to the stained super thin sheets. It'd be one thing if it were just one thing that slipped through the cracks, but the place really wasn't very clean at all.

It was not very clean and the ac was not working so the room was a 78 degrees.

House cleaners need trained. Had a lot of dust of on headboard and bath and toilet dirty bathroom floor dirty. Always finding hair on sheets. Halls smelt like old standing water. Dog pee on stairs. Hot tub has been out of order at least 2 month. Been coming here for 2 plus years for the hot tub and outdoor pool at least 4-6x/yr and has been going downhill the last 3-4 visits . Twice had to move rooms ( ac not working and then tv not working) Breakfast staff nice but up front at the counter not sociable. Would also be nice if had some more chairs at pool maybe some lounge chairs. Only about 6 chairs saw yesterday with large amount of people had no where to sit by the pool.
