Ac in the room didn't work and was outdated

I do not recommend this hotel. They don’t perform maid service unless you request it if you’re staying multiple days.. Reality is they don’t do it even if you request it. Bedding had an odor. When I called the front desk for replacement, they told me they would bring it, never did. Lighting in hallways is dark. Very disappointed.

We had two rooms. In one the air conditioner didn't work and they said they could do anything about it. I'm the other there was hair still on the bathroom floor and I'm the shower from the previous visitor.

There was visible dust on clock and headboards. Remote was broken, tub handle and spout were disconnected from wall. I began to suspect the room hadn't been serviced before me. I would have switched rooms but I was exhausted.

The place was not clean. I did not even feel comfortable to take a shower there. I questioned to myself, if the bedding was even clean. I would never stay there again.

Sheets on my bed had not been changed (hair and flaky material on the bedsheets which clearly had not been changed). I ended up sleeping on top of the covers on my clothes with a blanket from my car. Also had a barking dog a few doors down that management responded to and the owners had left the dog alone there).

Fixtures in BR - sink faucet loose and shower drips constantly. Cleanliness was just “ok”

Air conditioning not working, it was 74F in the room the entire time. You can hear people at the pool even til 1am, so loud. I wasn’t really able to go to rest and sleep during my stay.

Clean room, quiet, outdoor pool looked very well kept and a nice area to enjoy. Staff was friendly. Great deal on the room.

We stayed here because it got good reviews (7.8 stars I believe). I’d give it 5/10. A ton of little issues when we arrived- couldn’t check in because our room wasn’t clean, the front desk staff said he didn’t know when it would be and wouldn’t have time to call to notify us. I asked for a pack & play- it was delivered to our room but was super gross and dirty. When we did finally check in, the key card didn’t work initially. We asked for more towels and they were handed to us all wadded up. Our AC didn’t work the first night. Our door didn’t close properly. The staff the next day was a lot more helpful- they got us a portable AC, comped one night for us. The pool is great and we loved the actual hotel location.

I really wanted to like this property, but it just wasn't clean. The carpet has stains. There were dog food and dust on the floor. The vent in the bathroom was gross, and I spotted a dead bug on the floor when I first arrived. The toilet is stained. There were some black flecks between the fresh sheets. The bed bug cover was stained. I was on the first floor, so I believe that is the pet floor. I could hear a dog howling during the day. Another family member had a fourth-floor room, and it seemed cleaner. However, there is no room cleaning during your stay. The bathroom doorknob is well worn and in need of replacement. During our stay, the inside pool/hot tub was empty and roped off. I did get in the pool once. It was okay, but there were some grass and bugs floating which could be expected after a busy day of kids playing there. Breakfast was ok. I liked the potatoes and sausage. The biscuits were dry and the gravy didn't taste right. My kids enjoyed the waffle bar. There were prepackaged muffins and breads that were good.

Front desk very helpful. Room needs updating; dingy dark brown carpeting with odor (found a pizza crust by the chair), bedside table on one side only with nothing on the other including outlet for charging. No bathmat for outside tub, shower floor slippery. Laundry facility with no garbage can or chair for waiting.

To start, one of our rooms' thermostats was completely unplugged and sitting on top of the fridge cabinet. We plugged it in, set it to cool, and prayed the AC would kick on as we heard it start up—but it NEVER cooled down the room. Neither room had been vacuumed at all for who knows how many guests. There were crumbs, popcorn kernels, and small litter all over the floors, plus terrible carpet staining everywhere. In the bathroom, the wall, door, and door frame were covered in mysterious red and brown splatter marks. The shower grout was moldy and black in multiple areas, the bathroom floor was filthy with grime in all the corners, and there was buildup on and around the toilet. To top it all off, the fridge looked like it was from 1970, there was no coffee maker in the room, and there was brown grime smeared on the white wall next to the bed. The cherry on top was finding a pair of dirty black socks left behind in the corner from the previous guest. I cannot believe how terrible these rooms were. Absolutely unacceptable
