There was nothing really awful about the hotel, but there was nothing really super about it either. It was fine for one night, but a longer stay would not have been great.

I know I was traveling with an animal, but I don’t think they clean the animal rooms because the carpet was wet, and my cat could not calm down with all of the odor

Beds and pillows are fantastic! AC not working and windows were wide open when we got to room. Hot tub not working but still encouraged to use. No closed sign or clear instructions. Out of coffee by 7am. Noisier than an inner city neighbor hood. Traffic noise all night long!

Location There are no coffee pots
-
dirty and a/c was down. I have yet to receive a full refund.

Great breakfast clean room. Nice and close to shopping.

Beds were actually pretty comfortable. Location is convenient as it's right across the mall and surrounding restaurants. Parking was no problem . Oh boy. The musty odor, smell right as we walked into our room. Rust on anything metal. Black mold? in Shower/Tub. Bathroom floor was sticky. Hallways seemed dark.

Fantastic breakfast. Soft towels, with a great walk in shower. Comfy bed and the sheets smelled of mint.

Everything was worn and needed to be replaced. Chairs in lobby could see the seems through the vinyl. One of the elevators was out all weekend. The hotel just needs some TLC.

It has a great location with a little bit of a problem getting in and out of the parking lot. It was clean and the staff was friendly!
-
Location was close to the things we were doing The room smelled like mold and there appeared to be mold around the edge of the shower. The toilet was dirty and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. It was too warm in the room and it appeared that you couldn't make it cooler - only warmer

Not much. The room was not very well cleaned, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers, carpet felt sticky and was very stained, they were out of coffee.

Front office staff was pleasant. This has become a very dirty and not well run hotel. It use to be a quality hotel option on the south side of town. The front office staff is still very personable, but the housekeeping is challenged at best. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here in the future. No towels in the room and the sheets and pillow cases had stains.

Dated hotel which was showing its age. Tiny ADA shower. Temp control did not work.

We stayed nearby at a hotel almost double the price that left much to be desired. EverSpring was recommended to us by local family and we are glad we made the switch! Nicer experience, and saved money.

Check-in was adequate and quick. The hallways and rooms were dimly lit so as not to see the dirt and debris on the carpet. The last remodel was probably in the late 1970s since the temperature controls were in Celsius which back in the Carter Administration, had a push to go metric. The carpet was a non-descript oily and fuzzy dark color and showed the inadequacy of the vacuum cleaner since there was debris along the edges and under the platform of the mattress. The carpet was more defined and a brighter shade under the table and desk area. The fridge/microwave stand was very marked up and the walls had several smudges/discoloration marks. The bathroom had some light grey tiling that needed a good scrubbing with a chlorine solution to remove some of the darkening grout. The shower was slow to drain so I ended up in ankle deep soapy water by the time I had finished. There were no indications of the other amenities in the room, so I had to search out entry to the indoor/outdoor pool, gym, gazebo, and outer garden. I was booked for 4 nights and had to search out to find additional towels since the room had only 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, and 2 bath towels. There was no room service other than upon check-out. The doors were not soundproof thus every voice in the hallway could be heard. I had to politely address a father walking his babbling baby up and back through the hallways at 1:30. This was after about an hour of this going on. Something management should have addressed.

Sketchy to be kind. If you only need one night you will be okay.

The room on the second stay was much better than the first night a week earlier. We did not use the breakfast room and didn't know there was a hot tub.
