Radisson Hotel Bismarck

My tv was broken and 0 other rooms were available so I was unable to watch tv in my room

The Radisson is a lovely hotel with a fairly good restaurant and an attached covered parking ramp. Quick elevators. Don’t miss the unmentioned complimentary breakfast: yogurt, fig bars and fruit, along with 24 hr hot coffee. The hotel also allows pets and since we were in town for a dog show, that was a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall our stays at Radisson have always been very good. We will definitely stay at Radisson next time we are in town for medical appts

Front desk staff was very, very helpful in adjusting my reservation. Pet friendly too.

Couldn’t find an ice machine. Nice and clean though. Parking garage is tight.

Bathroom tub/shower dark- not enough light. Tub/shower would have benefited from grab bars. Safety lock on room door broken.

Facility was nice and clean, room was great. Parking was a little tight for a full size pickup.

This hotel was lovely. The check in staff and airport shuttle staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was small, but sufficient. I did not use the pool. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was good. The room was comfortable. There was some event going on with a bunch of bars so it was a bit loud for a little while (music), but I was so tired from my EARLY morning flight that I slept through most of it. It did keep my friend up for a while though.

Great location in the downtown bismarck area.However, the hotel can definitely use some updating. Rooms were a bit worn out, slight mold around the bathtub caulking, in the bathrooms as well.

Selling point was 24 hr airport shuttle. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to pick me up. They did drop me where I needed to be after check in. Shuttle to airport left on time. Little bits of mold on ceiling and all over shower curtain in bathtub. Some rooms have safes. Mine didn't. Convenient location for downtown.

Room was decent for the price. Didn’t have a shower curtain. Microwave was a placed on a minifridge just on the ground against a wall. Ancient iPod clock with the wrong time. Staff was nice. Shuttle service was great. Very strong AC.

This property needs updating. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable (rolled to the middle). There was mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Pleasant staff. Clean room.

The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.
