Radisson Hotel Bismarck

The ac was loud, the rooms could use new carpet and such. Also no fan in the bathroom very awkward!

This is basically a downtown hotel with a parking garage, however the parking is free when you pick up a ticket from the front desk. Another great benefit (to me) is that there is a Manager's Contain Party in the restaurant each weeknight. I'm not big on staying in downtown hotels but this one was very guest-friendly.

Helpful staff. The housekeeping rather snappy. They need to vacuum in the corner of the room.

This place could define

Got to our room. Looked for the small refrigerator and microwave. It wasn't there. Apparently they don't provide them but are renovating and plan on installing them in the future. This is a Radisson! No refrigerator. Are you kidding!! I've never been to a MOTEL that didn't have a small refrigerator. Maybe a small point to some but big to us. We were going to stay there a couple of nights later but canceled and went to another hotel. Great hotel but you expect more from a Radisson.

Breakfast, bar Booking through booking.com seems to be an issue for property, unfortunately the staff lead me to believe that I had a issue with my reservation, due to my reservation not in their "standard system" the THREE ROOMS that I book did not met my original booking descriptions, also paid for break, lunch and dinner for my staff for the two days that we were book however we were only given 1 break vouch each, the room smelt like mold/wetness. When I brought my concerns to the front desk nothing was done.

They have an oversized garage for parking large vehicles not far from the hotel.

The location is good, and accessible. The hotel was a basic room, but it did the job. I liked the shuttle service although they did forget to write my reservation down and forgot me. It was lucky the van wasn't in use so they could come get me promptly, but I was disappointed not to have my booking honored the way I expected. The floor I was staying on was pretty smelly and the carpets were in fairly rough condition. It seems like this property may need some renovations. The customer service was pretty rough. Each interaction I had was fairly unpleasant. Overall felt more like a motel than a hotel, sad to say. I was surprised with the amount of positive reviews I saw online.

Its starting to look old. The room had spider webs on the windows, the room had a bottle cap laying by one of the beds, the staff was very unhelpful, kept telling me they couldn't help me cause I went through 3rd party. No main number to reach property, no number for room service. I stay there alot and was very disappointed.
