Radisson Hotel Bismarck

Great location in the downtown bismarck area.However, the hotel can definitely use some updating. Rooms were a bit worn out, slight mold around the bathtub caulking, in the bathrooms as well.

Selling point was 24 hr airport shuttle. I had to wait an hour and a half for them to pick me up. They did drop me where I needed to be after check in. Shuttle to airport left on time. Little bits of mold on ceiling and all over shower curtain in bathtub. Some rooms have safes. Mine didn't. Convenient location for downtown.

Room was decent for the price. Didn’t have a shower curtain. Microwave was a placed on a minifridge just on the ground against a wall. Ancient iPod clock with the wrong time. Staff was nice. Shuttle service was great. Very strong AC.

This property needs updating. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable (rolled to the middle). There was mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Pleasant staff. Clean room.

The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.

Free parking was nice, though it's in the small/tight ramp next door. Decent drop off by front door helped. Room was nice and comfortable. Beds decent. Needed a good vacuuming under the beds. (This is the first hotel I've seen in years that didnt box off beneath the beds). Shower had kind of a mildewy smell but great water pressure.

The garage parking is a problem because every time you enter and leave a ticket is issued or required to leave. There are exceptions, but it is really not that conven ient because the city owns the parking.

We were told they were out of pillows and blankets. Why would you book a hotel room and not be supplied with pillows and blankets. We booked for 2 adults and a child. There was a pull out in the room for our child but they did not have any pillows or blankets to give us for him.

Staff was excellent and assisted in sorting out a booking miscommunication from booking. Com Waking up both mornings to a yipping dog from another room. I was unaware dogs were allowed in a hotel. I would choose differently next time. Also parking was tricky with an oversized truck. Had to park on street.

This place needs updating. The rooms and lobby we ok. The parking lot is a disaster for everyone but especially if you have a full sized SUV or truck. I got my suv after many careful manuaevwrs and drop to lock up the rest of us. Upon check was a bowl of validated parking tickets that I had just spend $8 on. Money but a big deal but checking in I asked all about the parking and the employee never mentioned it. It was pretty cheap for a Raddisson and now O knkw why.

Upon arrival, the room was clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful, and had a good sense of humor when a complaint about another guest was needed. All in all, their customer service was wonderful and the rooms were incredibly nice.

Not a big negative but other hotels at this price level we stay at have an in room refrigerator.

Also, the staff check-in vibes were cold; they didn't offer the usual details about breakfast, our room location, possible dog areas around the hotel or details about the parking garage voucher system.
