Not the best place to stay!

No one available at check in, waited over 20 minutes. TV in room didn't work.

Secondly, I did not feel safe. The local and people staying there were questionable. One even appeared to be growing weed in the window sill. The air conditioned did not work well and the room could have used a better cleaning….

It’s a decent stay for the price. Very reasonable no breakfast

The over night clerk was good Morning staff wasnt available for problem, didnt answer the phone, hidden and concerned about social media instead of the customer

We missed the breakfast thinking that it was til 10. Unfortunately it was only til 9am.

I needed a place to stay on short notice and it was sufficient. The building is very tired looking and needs a face light. However, for what it was and what I paid it was fine. I could have done worse.

Front desk person did not understand basic English. I asked if they had laundry. She said yes. I asked if it was coin operated. She said pay here. I said I was going to wash and dry 2 loads. Did they have soap there? Soap here $1. I gave her the $1. Asked how much for the loads of laundry. She cocked her head sideways and said $1. I asked where it was same response. Ok, I'll find it. Asked where our room was located. She pointed to the right. Well, ok, again, I'll find it. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs, nothing matched, all furniture was from the 60s or 70s. One chair looked like it had been chewed on, one had stains, the bed saw better days. Oh, and the smell when I turned on the air conditioner was that of mildew and dust. Off to find the laundry. One washer did not spin the water out. I told her it was broken. She said not broken, just dry, $10. The washer had 4 inches of water in it. The vending machine had one candy bar and nothing else. Not good.

Parking appeared safe. Very good breakfast. The room was very nice and clean. Everything worked. Because I'm handicapped I was given immediate help with my suitcase by staff caring it in and out of my room; up and down the stairs. They then assisted me up and down the stairs. They were wonderful.

That it was close to the interstate It was so worn down, the carpet had a huge hole on it. The refrigerator was rusted and barely put out any cold and the air conditioner sound was like a car running up in my room. I told the front desk about the issues and nothing happened. They said they knew it.

I HAD PAID BOOKING.COM FOR THIS ROOM, WHEN I GOT THERE TO CHECK IN THE CLERK COULD NOT FIND WHERE I HAD PAID, I HAD MY RECEIPTS TOO, SHE CHARGED ME $84.15 ON MY CREDIT CARD BESIDES ME PAYING BOOKING.COM SAYING I WOULD BE REIMBURSED. NEVER REIMBURSED HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE ON MY CREDIT CARD. CRAZY, CALLED SUPER 3 DIFFERENT TIMES NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR USE BOOKING.COM

I like the way the staffs were helpful and understanding. They answered my questions nicely. Everything there was okay for me.

A nice, clean, convenient place to stay in Bismarck!

Location Stained carpet and bed cover was stained too, breakfast had stale cereal and really nothing else that looked appealing , I grabbed coffee and left

Great location Needs serious update. People roaming the hallway making noise all night.
