Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bismarck

Good place for the price. Very friendly staff.

When I arrived in my room there were some insects in the bathroom. The breakfast was missing some kind of meat to go with the eggs and potatoes.

Newly remoded

The room we were given had a strong odor and the bathroom was not clean. When we asked for another room they originally told us they could not because it was a third party transaction. When it became clear that I was not going to back down, they gave us a room on the second floor. I have limited mobility and climbing stairs is a problem, no elevator. This room was cleaner, but the air conditioner was so noicey we could not use it. Checking out the next day I was informed they could not give us a receipt because it was a third party. Will not use this hotel again.

Pricing was great! Evening staff were amazing very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the area. Explained everything well from parking location of room, WiFi information as well as breakfast. She was awesome!!

Breakfast was good No pool, bed was too small, couldn't regulate the temp, room was so small we had to squeeze past each other and we are not large people

I have stayed there many times. They allow dogs and don’t overcharge for it. Overall, it is a very good value.

It was so nice to have an upgrade! We wanted to be sure to get a good nights sleep since we had a 7 AM flight!!?

Staff pleasant and helpful. Good location. Very nice breakfast choices. Facility very clean. I will use this hotel again.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were no issues with the TV system, the ac worked great. The breakfast was better than expected from the listing. Eggs, sausage patties, sausage pepper potatoes, make your own mini waffles, fresh breads for toast, several juice selections, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, a decent coffee maker with multiple strengths for caffeinated and decaf selections.

Adequate parking, ice machine worked,

Lack of hand soap. Shouldn't have to open a package every time.

Did not have high expectations so was surprised at how good it was.

It was pet friendly, the front desk staff was nice, and the breakfast had lots of options. The room, a disability access room, was very small, the bed was very soft and both my husband and I woke up with back and headaches, and overall the room could use updating. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were ugly water stained, and the carpet was dated and not a good idea in a pet friendly room (our dog smelled something every time she came in, so I’m sure there was something in the carpet).

Clean, quiet room. Staff very helpful. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast with usual 2 hot options of eggs, meat or biscuits. Located away from downtown but close to state capitol.

Very pleasant stay. We had room with a kitchenette which was very practical.
