The light didn't turn on by switch when entering the room. The floor lamp didn't work when it was tried. The table lamp on one side of the bed was sitting on the floor. It didn't work after plugging it in. The table lamp on the other side of the bed did work. Removed the lamp bulb from the lamp that had been sitting on the floor and put it in the floor lamp and the the floor lamp worked. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling and wires were hanging free. The faucet in the sink in the bathroom leaked badly when turned on. We were in Building B on the property and the exterior doors did not close making the building unsecure.

Bed was very comfortable. Very little room to move around in the room. No refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Having breakfast custom made was very nice. Also other choices were nice too. Bathroom could use some updating, but overall nice place.

We had Breakfast with Becky for our breakfast. She made it fresh. What a deal. Staff was very polite and helpful.

It was close to I-90 for easy access. The staff confirmed the property has bedbugs.

We were there 4 nights and room was never cleaned had to take out our garbage

Lights in room did not work and Bed bugs found in room, refused refund. Do not recommend.

Breakfast Door would not shut. No USB ports, Friends got booked into an occupied room. Their next room’s toilet was clogged and non functional.

the room was so filthy we decided to leave and go across the road to a different hotel. stained and dirty sheets that looked used from the guests prior to room reeked of smoke and mold. i’ve never seen such a dirty room. was not willing to risk the bed bugs. and my 1 yo fishy eye began coughing after being in the room.

The place had comfortable beds. It had dirty floors, not vacuumed. Toilet was too low. Fridge was unplugged and it smelled.

They had free breakfast and the staff was very pleasant. The floors looked like they had not been vaccumed in a long time. There was no elevator, microwave or fridge. There was a mysterious dark stain on the headboard. There was hair that was not ours in the shower. They had only given us two towels and the towels where ripped.
