This Days Inn was fine but because we had stayed at another Days Inn the night before in Helena, MT, this one didn’t compare other than the beds were the same. Decent place and very convenient to the interstate but the Helena location was awesome at everything.

Nice

Easy access to the interstate.

AC kept room cold! Breakfast was ok, not enough for me tho. Coffee was good. Beds were comfortable.
-
Pretty sure we got bed bugs here
-
Clean and comfy!
-
I would stay there again
-
Air conditioning didn’t work

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was commensurate with the local prices and the TV has multiple apps vs standard Spectrum/etc. It was a comfortable stay for one night.
-
The room was clean and everything met my expectations.
-
Made to order breakfast was nice to have.
-
I had clean sheets and clean bathroom. I had to leave a debit card for $150.00 for incidentals. The ac was broken and the curtains were ruffled. It was just different than our stay IHG.

Had reservation, went to check in, they wouldn't let me, I had no physical ID. So I had to stay somewhere else. Would like my money back , I tried to call but the receptionist kept hanging up the phone without answering . Will never recommend Days Inn

No complaints here!. Was a peaceful night of sleep and loved how we got our breakfast cooked on the spot.

They had great service, and the shampoo and conditioner, as well as hand soap and lotion, were actually Dove brand and full.

This hotel did many things right. They had a hot breakfast, clean room and a pool. Unfortunately, there were people knocking at our door at 7 am saying they were looking for someone. Also a woman in the lobby was asking for someone to pay for her stay. So a few minor irritations but overall a good budget hotel.

The room had a nice bed but the rest of the room was run down. The doorknob to the bathroom was hanging in the hole. The carpet was ripped. No TV in the room. The AC unit worked but unable to keep the fan running for noise, it stopped and started based on temp. The dining area chairs were worn. The staff were excellent. The front desk person was very helpful and found us a room since the room we paid for want available. The lady in the breakfast area was a hard worker. Made to order breakfast and stocking was her job.

Breakfast was good, but the dining area wasn’t the cleanest. When we got to our room, the microwave was running by itself. Weird! Tried to use the whirlpool tub that we paid extra for and when we ran the jets, lots of disgusting debris came out of the jets. The pillows haven’t been updated since who knows when. There was an open hole in the wall for an electrical box & was very run down. The drawers on the dresser were all broken and couldn’t open them. There was a nasty smell in the room as well. The pool was broke down. We were on the first floor and someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night. Spend the extra money to go somewhere else.

Hotel did NOT specify a $150 hold on my card for incidentals. I had to find a bank to deposit money for that st 2 am and they charged my account TWICE for the room. It took tje attendant over 30 minutes to help get me receipts for their mistakes. I skipped the breakfast because I lost my appetite.

Our room had no outlets for charging our phones or anything, i found only one i could reach under the table so i had to put my watch on the floor to charge it. Shower is there but there is no way to switch from bathtub faucet to the shower. We tried everything. Bathtub is not suitable to lay in it as well. It was the strangest room we have stayed at.
