People working there were superb, however. Very easy to work with. Will stay there again the next time we're in Bismarck.

They don’t update

Had recently suffered a fire and should not have opened again yet.

Wallpaper falling off the wall in numerous places, large holes in the curtains, holes in the lampshades, stains on the carpeting that has not been even vacuumed in a long time, the stench of cheap air freshener, shower head that barely let any water out. That's just a few of the issues. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful but couldn't fix the issues.

Staff was helpful, breakfast was good. The hotel is in the process of remodeling, I am guessing that they will be updating the rooms as well. The room was outdated, however my stay was comfortable.

I was traveling alone with 2 young children - a toddler and a newborn - and made reservations to stay here via the Expedia app. When I checked in, I found out my room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. There was no way for me to bring in both my children and luggage without leaving my kids unattended, so I canceled my reservation and had to look for another hotel at 11:30 PM. I guess it’s my fault for assuming a multi level hotel would have an elevator? Lesson learned! From now on I will always call the hotel first to make sure there’s an elevator available. I checked the Expedia app afterwards and nowhere on there is an elevator listed as an amenity, so there was no other way to know.

Needs some updates and maybe more attention to details, such as making sure the bedside lamps are in working order and, or plugged in. Spiders and webs weren’t taken care of. Add some plug in outlets.

None of the ice machine or vending machines worked. There was hair in my towels, and the shower drain was clogged. I was not able to shower after my significant other due to the amount of water still in the tub. The elevators also didn't work.

Property was good. Not much for breakfast menu but may satisfy some people.

No curtains on window. Pool And hot tub not working. A zoo to get to the room. Will not be considering ramada inns for future stays. Pretty disappointed.

Theres no elevator. Pool and restaurant is closed. Was checked out early by a staff member without our knowledge. Manager did fix everything. Overall its quiet and clean but out dated.

No notice of closed restraunt bar or pool felt very run down and not maintained very well at all

This motel is undergoing badly needed renovations. The door to my room took a lot of force to close, tub drained Really slowly so I was standing in water while showering, and the toilet ran continuously unless I messed with the handle. The breakfast area was obviously temporary and what was offered was very minimal. Consider offering a construction discount.
