Everything was great. Everyone was so helpful.

Check in was quick and efficient however they did not tell us that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. Back door near our room to the outside did not lock at all. Also the breakfast is pretty much non existent.

Property is getting old it needs updating the room was clean staff was very friendly

Bar closed, restaurant closed, pool closed. Very dated! Not much for breakfast. Mattress are very old.

Rooms are horrible, bad attitude horrible customer service

We booked because Expedia website said lounge breakfast hottub and pool. All these were under renovations. If we had known we wouldn't have stayed there.

This motel is in very old poor condition...the wallpaper is falling off the walls and the woodwork is dinged up, BUT the room was very clean...the bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It looked to me like they might be remodeling. Sign in was easy since I had done it ahead of time on line, but the desk clerk was very hard to understand and we had to ask him to repeat things many times. He needs to slow down and talk directly to people. Hopefully they will update the rooms with more outlets (like on the lamps) since now days we come with many electronics. There was no TV guide which would have been helpful, although we spent very little time in the room. I would stay here again since it was in a convenient location and I'm guessing it will look better eventually.

Our room was clean. The sheets smelled clean. The bathroom was clean and stocked. No faulty equipment or AC unit. Continental “breakfast” was sparse. It was cold French toast and a few pastries, individual boxes of cereal, and some fruits. These were scattered along a folding table with a black table cloth draped on top, along with a microwave to warm up the French toast. The tables for seating also had black table clothes on them and were splattered with dried syrup, frosting, crumbs, etc. My children chose food, and as they sat down, another guest looked at my son and said “I bet your mom makes better breakfast at home, this is pitiful”

Wall paper peeling off wall. No soap in room to wash hands. Toilet didny flush.

Friendly staff at the front desk.

Many amenities were not in working order. Room was a nice size.

A very limited breakfast. Pre-made French toast to warm up and Refrigerated breakfast sandwiches.

The room seemed clean. Bar, restaurant, and pool were closed. My remote battery cover broken so batteries kept falling out. Bedside lights didn’t work and only lamps were far from bed. AC unit rattled like crazy although it did work. Shower head was not adjustable. Anyway, just needs updating. Staff and room did their jobs for a night to sleep.

It looks like the hotel is being updated, which is good, as it is an older hotel. After an 11 hour car ride, all we wanted was the comfort of a bed. The gentleman at the desk, who I believe is the manager, was EXTREMELY rude at check in. The pool was out of service and the breakfast was just ok. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, although they could use new pillows.
